Please be advised: the National Park Service has closed both the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island due to the effects of Hurricane Sandy which hit NYC in October 2012. The National Park Service has yet to determine when the Islands will reopen. However, guests can experience the sights of New York Harbor aboard the Circle Line Sightseeing Cruise and the Statue of Liberty Harbor Tour.

Availability of each attraction varies; please refer to your New York guidebook when picking up your pass.Pass Holders also have the option to get same-day free timed passes to the National September 11th Memorial. Free times passes may be picked up at the NY Water Taxi Booth at Pier 84, Pass holders can then take the Hop-On Hop-Off cruise down to Battery Park, a short walk from the Memorial. Free timed passes are given out on a first come first serve basis and are not guaranteed for all Pass holders.

After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps: 1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site. 2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it iscritical to do this before you depart. 3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.

Exchange your voucher for activity:To pick up your New York Pass, please take your printed voucher(s) and photo identification to the following location: Gray Line New York Visitor Center located at 777 8th Avenue, between 47th and 48th streets, open daily from 7:30AM until 8PM.Pass is valid for the number of consecutive calendar days you purchase, beginning on the first day of use. Hours and dates of operation for individual attractions vary.
