City Sightseeing Cruises offers complimentary shuttle service every 20 minutes from several locations in Manhattan, including:
49th St. bus stop: located on the north side of 49th Street on the block between 7th Avenue and Broadway34th St. bus stop: located on the north side of the 34th Street, west of 5th Avenue
In addition, hotel pick-up is available at the following locations/times:
Waldorf-Astoria at 9:10 AMNew York Hilton at 9:20 AMMarriot Marquis at 9:30 AM
Departure location:
Pier 78 on West 38th St.
Note:
Children under 3 years of age may travel free when not occupying a separate seat.

After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it is critical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.
Exchange your voucher for activity:
Please call City Sightseeing Cruises to confirm departure times and to select high-speed boat cruise. The customer service number and operation hours will appear on printed voucher(s). Please exchange your printed voucher(s) for boarding pass(es) at the City Sightseeing Cruises Ticket Window. Complimentary shuttle service is offered every 20 minutes from several locations in Manhattan, including:
