|After booking your activity, simply follow these 3 easy steps:|
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation email or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Take all vouchers with you.
3. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; you must exchange one voucher per person.
How to exchange your voucher(s):
Reservation confirmation is required. Please contact the service provider at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date to confirm your reservation and flight details, and to arrange airport pick-up time and drop-off location. Please use the customer service phone number listed on the voucher. When calling, please have your arriving flight and hotel details to hand.
After you have collected your luggage, the driver will meet you at the arrivals hall located outside the customs area. The driver will be holding a sheet with the lead passenger's name. Upon pick-up, present your voucher(s) and photo ID to the driver. You will be given full instructions on how to confirm the return transfer from your hotel to the airport.

|Drivers will wait for 45 minutes after the arrival of your flight. If you experience delays of longer than 45 minutes upon arrival at the airport, you must call the service provider to inform them. Failure to do so could mean your driver will not wait for you. The listed rate is valid for up to three people.|
Cancellations and Changes: This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to two days before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date, your departure date of the originating flight, or the date of the Activity if the Activity was booked without a flight or a hotel.
