Please arrive at the Galleria dell'Accademia 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Please meet your guide at the entrance reserved for visitors with bookings. Commentary is available in English, French, Spanish, German, and Italian if requested in advance. You must telephone Caf Incoming at least 24 hours before your tour date to confirm your language is offered. This tour does not operate on Christmas Day or New Year's Day. Participation is complimentary for children under the age of 6.

After booking your activities or services—3 easy steps
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Take all vouchers with you.
3. Follow the instructions on your voucher; you must exchange one voucher per person.
How to exchange your voucher(s)
You must call CAF Tour and Travel 24 hours prior to the day of your booking to confirm the meeting point at the Accademia, as well as languages offered. The customer service number will appear on your voucher(s). Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time and present your voucher(s) to your guide. |

Cancellations and Changes: This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to two days before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date, your departure date of the originating flight, or the date of the Activity if the Activity was booked without a flight or a hotel. |
