With 20 stops all over Dubai, you can design your own itinerary and hop-on and hop-off at any stop of your choice to organize your sightseeing day the way you want it. Each ticket has a validity of 24 hours, in which you get on and off as often as you like.
The ticket combines two routes in one, the Beach tour, which takes almost 3 hours and the City tour, 1 hour 45 minutes if you do not stop.
The Big Bus speaks your language with recorded commentary in a choice of 8 different languages: English, Arabic, Farsi, Russian, Hindi, French, German and Italian.

Hours of operation:
Daily; 9 AM–5 PM, every 20mins from October till April and every 30mins from May till September.
Location:
The first and last stops on this tour are at Wafi and Deira City Centre, but you can board the bus at any of our 10 bus stops with Sales Counters, such as Atlantis the Palm, Souk Madinat Jumeira , Mall of the Emirates, Dubai Mall etc...

Note:
Children age 4 and younger participate for free, as long as they do not occupy a seat of their own. Tickets are valid for 24 hours.

| Redemption instructions |

After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it iscritical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.
Exchange your voucher for activity:
Reservation confirmation is not required. Travelers can board the bus at any of 20 stops along the route. The departure point for this Activity is at the Wafi/Deira City Centre Shopping Mall. Please present your voucher(s) and photo ID in exchange for service. |
