Departure time and location:
For 8:30 AM tour: After check-in, tour departs from Arkansas Valley Adventure's Buena Vista office
For 12:30 PM tour: After check-in, tour departs from Arkansas Valley Adventure's Buena Vista office

Return time and location:
For 8:30 AM tour: approx. 11:30 AM; same as point of departure
For 12:30 PM tour: approx. 3:30 PM; same as point of departure

Note:
Reservation confirmation required. You will not be guaranteed a place on this tour without contacting AVA's Colorado Rafting at least 24 hours prior to your desired tour date. Participants must be at least 6 years old. Please wear clothing suitable for rock-climbing conditions and tennis shoes. An access and use fee is included in the listed rate.

Redemption instructions

After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it iscritical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.

Exchange your voucher for activity:
Reservation confirmation required. You will not be guaranteed a place on this tour without contacting AVA's Colorado Rafting at least 24 hours prior to your desired tour date. The customer service phone number appears on your printed voucher(s). Please arrive at the redemption address on your printed voucher(s)at least 45 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time; if you need directions, please contact AVA customer service. At check-in, present your voucher(s) to the representative on duty.

Terms and conditions

Cancellations and Changes: This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to two days before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date, your departure date of the originating flight, or the date of the Activity if the Activity was booked without a flight or a hotel.
