good choice to be in area of Fremont St
older hotel, but seems to be kept up. Room was quiet and comfortable. Very good restaurant located inside hotel. The public bus system is really good and spring of 2010 they are added express bus service. $15.00 gets you a 3 day, unlimited ride pass, 24/7

BEWARE of Vegas Club Hotel!!!
The first thing you notice is the ducttaped couch in the lobby, then you go up the dirty elevator to find the "gross" carpeting in the hallway. But the worst is when you enter your room! The carpets are filthy and stained, and the sofa looks like a dog chewed on the arms! On the 2nd day, we found an ice machine (housekeeping wasnt even sure where there was one as most of them had been removed) This was after we paid extra to UPGRADE to North Tower!! On a positve note, the staff was courteous and helpful.
