Child friendly
Children are excited to return to this hotel, with its waterslides, kiddy pool, and playzone. Adults appreciate the hot tub and sauna. The kitchenette, flat screen TV and deck adds to the comfort of occupants. We were in a studio, and found it large and airy and very quiet, allowing for a solid nights sleep.

Family Fun
Positives: Great place to take your kids. Water slides are fun and the pool area is great. Excellent family atmosphere. Kids playzone was a big hit too. Room with balcony was nice Decent rates Good Parking Negatives: The beds and sofas are not comfortable. No direct supervision of waterslides Inside decor is outdated

Great weekend for the family.
Kids loved it there. We went with another couple and our daughter’s friend. They are only 3 and 4 and they LOVED it!!! They are planning their next trip! The only draw back is parking is hard to find in Banff (downtown). It is free though, you just need patience. There is a bus shuttle from the hotel to downtown Banff and this helps elivate the problem. Over all we had a good time and would definetly go back.
