Not impressed
I have stayed at this hotel before in the summer and had a great experience, the staff were friendly. The room was clean and the price was right. My last experience was horrible...we were not allowed to check-in at 2pm...we had to wait till 4pm. Which is understandable but the staff sort of thought it was funny how frustrated we were. The room was not very clean and overall I was not impressed. I don’t think I would stay there again.

Good Basic Hotel
Good basic hotel in center of Banff. Underground heating parking a bonus, plus the fact that you get breakfast on site, means we didn’t have to wrap up and head outside to find something before heading to the ski resorts. Nothing fancy, but everything you need is either here or nearby. We’d definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel
Very nice , cute hotel. I loved this hotel’s location. It’s very easy to access everywhere.
