Romantic Room
The staff very friendly and helpful,and even made us a dinner reservation. We had a deluxe jacuzzi fireplace room, which was very romantic. The room was clean and well kept. The only thing that could have been better with the room is that the room does get a bit smoky with real wood burning fireplace so better exhaust in the chimney would have been best. The exercise / pool area was nice. This hotel is a little way from the heart of downtown but we enjoyed the walk with the wonderful weather we had during our stay. The walk would have been too long if it was cold weather, however the rooms have a direct taxi link on the phone if you prefer not to drive or are on a bus tour. There is a multitude of restaurants in the general area.. however the hotel restaurant was left little to be desired. We would stay again and recommend

Home, away from home.
This was an excellent hotel to stay in, the staff was helpful and friendly. The restaraunt was very classy, well decorated, and the food was delicious. The hotel’s appearance as a whole was great and was very welcoming. This would be my first choice next time I stay in Banff.

Decent for the price.
The hotel was beautifully lit up when we arrived. We had a late check in and were greeted as expected. We enjoyed the pool facility and resturant. The location and parking were better than expected. Although the request for a king size bed was fulfilled we found that we were on two double beds with a matress cover overtop, which was not very comfortable. They were great with late check in and late check out!
