Would definitly return
A beautiful hotel ovelooking a lake within easy driving/taxi distance from the main city area. The only downside right now is a major road construction surrounding the hotel making the access a little confusing. There was no noise from the work going on so it was really not an issue. The restaurant was extremely expensive so we took a taxi into the main town where there are more choices. The breakfast was included in the price and was very enjoyable, no complaints at all. We would return there if we were in Stockholm again.

Great Location
We stayed here in November for 9 nights. We had the two level room which had a large bath downstairs and a half bath ensuite upstairs. Good bed. A very quiet hotel for the most part, except they are constructing a road way nearby and go 24 hours a day. Okay as long as the windows were closed. Even though this is a hike from downtown we took the subway with a stop 10 minutes away in a good neighborhood and got to where we wanted to go with no problems. Used the Stockholm card for transportation and museums and it paid for itself in a day and was convienient to use, highly reccomend it. The restaurant at this hotel here is first class, though expensive. We got the Swedish sampler the first night, lots of herring, but all made fresh and on site and was a real treat. On the way to the subway station. There was a good greek place,a little slow on service but the food was good. We mostly ate downtown or in Gamlastan. Downtown there is a great restaurant called Zinc, not far from NK. Recommend ordering the slow food when ever you can. The staff at this hotel were good, they took care of us with special service as we were there so long. Some times the front desk staff could be a little less than helpful, but most were very accomodating and excited to help us find our way and all were polite. The park setting is great for walking..
