Great Location!
Nice hotel, some areas were dated but overall it was clean, comfortable and the staff were very friendly. We stayed in a jacuzzi room, there was plenty of space and the showers were the best showers I’ve ever seen in a hotel room (lots of water pressure!). This hotel is in a great location and you can walk to the main street in less than 5 minutes. Definitely will stay here again, next time we’re in Banff.

One of our favourites in Banff
One single reason this hotel is one of my family’s favourites in Banff is its aquatic area. This combination of a large pool, a smaller and warmer pool, hot tub and a steam room make up the combination which we have not found in any other hotel, and which works for my whole family. Plus, of course, the hotel is in a great condition, located right in the centre of Banff, rooms are clean and comfortable, and there is a warm parkade in the basement with a complimentary help-yourself car wash (just a hose and brush). On the down side you pay extra $10 for the parkade and another $10 if you want to use Wi-Fi.

Great place to stay, good value, highly recommend!
Loved the location and the pool area. Food good and reasonably priced. Great place for kids, would definitely go back.
