Not Happy
This ’hotel’ was not kid friendly. We were stuck near a road accross the street from the main building where all the amenities were located. The lady at the front desk was helpful in letting us cancel our second night which was much appreciated.

Will Return
We stayed in the 2 bdr suite with kichenette. We are a family of 5 with 3 teens. This room was more then roomy enough for us. We were able to bring our own food and cook and cut down on our costs.Loved that there were 2 bathrooms, makes everyone getting ready alot easier! Lots of storage space. Loved that the bedrooms were upstairs, and would not say they are ’’small’’. We had an updates room and it was bright and beautiful! Would recommend to stay here. Great bargain for the amenities! Kids enjoyed the pool, just that is was a bit ’’cool’’. Very clean lobby, pool area & rooms! We will return again :)

Nice place
We have stayed in Banff many times and this is a nice place. The bedrooms are small in that there is enough room to walk around the bed but nowhere to put your luggage. Better to unpack into the drawers provided or leave your luggage in the hall. The only issue that we did have was that the walls are paper thin. With three kids we were always very wary of the fact that we may be bothering others but it was hard to stay quiet (even walking or talking can be heard through the walls). The pool was great and well maintained.
**If you are going to stay here be sure to ask for a renovated room and make sure that you are in an upper unit and not on the main floor.
