Stay here when you want to be in downtown Toronto
Everythying was fine with the hotel. Staff accommodating, different restaurants were very good. The location is right in the center of the business area--so if the weather is good you can walk, and not have the hassle of taxis, etc.

Very convenient hotel
Location is excellent! The condition and maintenance of the hotel is very good. The room and the bed were very confortable. The staff were polite and helpful with general information about the area. The only thing we didn’t like was the cleanliness of our room. They forgot a used soap ( from the previous guest) near the bathtub, and twice they forgot to replace soap. We complained in the reception, and they send someone upstairs with the soap. However, we had to wait about 10 minutes until we could finally take a shower. Other than that it is a very good hotel.

Extremely friendly, consistent place to stay. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.
