Good location downtown
Nice hotel in good location downtown. Easy walk to shopping, gaslamp, close to airport. Rooms nice, beds great. Hallways need a major refurbish. Rugs are stained and hallways are dark. Have stayed here a few times and would stay here again. Parking very expensive and wish you weren’t charged everyday for the internet!

Great Location
We had a great time. I love the location of this hotel, it’s close to so many restaurants and the mall and places to go. The staff is friendly and helpful. Great place to stay!

Great Hotel and Location
The hotel is lovely, the staff pleasant and helpful, and the location great. The gaslamp area has great restuarants and bars, so there is no shortgage of nightlife. There is a mall next door for shopping, a CVS for room supplies, and a Starbucks for that morning fix. We were visiting friends and family; the ferry to Coronado is 15 minutes away walking and the highways are easily accessible. We brought our puppy on the trip and the Westin was great in that regard as well. We checked in after midnight because of plane trouble and the hotel was great about getting us our room with no hassles. They are one of my favorite chains. Even room service was good. No complaints here.
