bad service, early morning loud construction noise, not recommended
When we arrived, no one offered to help with our luggage, not even when we had go outside, walk down the courtyard to our building. We took the elevator up and found our room not just at the end of the hallway but outside of it, by the stairway, completely outside the building! Inside of the room was nice and larger than we expected in Paris. The bathroom was comfortable and had nice products. But the internet wasnt working, and we had to work tethered to a port on the television, which was on the wall. The cord we were given was quite short, so we had to sit on the bed right by the TV. Thats not a comfortable way to work. I was ill so I skipped dinner and called room service to see what they had. They refused to send me a plain yogurt, even though they had them, because theyre only for breakfast. They said theyre only allowed to sell whats on the room service menu, and that I could have my yogurt with breakfast tomorrow morning. The next morning, we were awaken by loud construction noise coming from downstairs, from 8am onwards. The hotel neglected to note that they were in the midst of a renovation. The lobby of our building, not the main lobby of the hotel, was quite a mess, power cords, dust, and workmen milling about. We couldnt go back to sleep and had to wake up.

Absolutely NOT worth the price
This was the most misrepresented hotel I have ever stayed in. This was the third of three hotels we stayed in while in Paris over the holidays and we believed it would be the best of the three and were sorely mistaken. The block it was on was covered in graffiti and everything from requesting double beds to having the room cleaned was not done. The breakfast was remarkably over-priced, the staff was rude and the airport shuttle was not available for 8am in the morning. The rooms were more like a cheap extended stay hotel in the states where a small kitchen was included, but not asked for. Would not recommend staying here under any condition.

Very impressed! Better than expected!
The hotel was great and better than expected. Huge, clean room. The location was close to everything. Metro around the corner. Super attentive staff (multi-lingual). Pleasant surprise and would stay there again.
