Toronto’s BEST hotel

the hotel personnels were very friendly and responsible. i really enjoyed my stay at Westin Prince. the lounge food was EXCELLENT. the hotel lobby was renovated recently and it was really beautiful. the surrounding neighborhood was great.Tim Hortons was 1 min away from the hotel and there are many restaurant and fast food around the hotel.

Great hotel for uptown Toronto

clean, great and friendly service. too bad there isn’t a shuttle going to the subway line. would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is perfect. The only deficits are 1. NO INDOOR POOL 2. NO IN-HOUSE SPA/MASSAGE.

Spent one night and would definitely return. The room was spacious and comfortable. The only dissappointment was the bathroom was quite small and was definitely dated. Everything else was fine

Nice outdoor pool

We stayed for one night. The outdoor pool and hottub was great. Didn’t really mind being on outside of Toronto. We just stayed in and relaxed just went across the street to Kelseys. Good place to relax and the lobby is nice. We’ve stayed at westins before and will stay again!

North York’s Best Hotel

All is good

The hotel served was in a good location to shops, restaurants and major highways.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff was very curteous. The hotel breakfast service was expensive, but there were a number a restaurants which were reasonably priced within several blocks of the hotel. The pool area was very nice but needed a few extra lounge chairs. The gym was clean and well equipped. The hotel was centrally located for the suburbs and worked well for us. We would consider staying there again.

Great location

We spent a week in mid june and this hotel was very nice. The staff was excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. Location was great for us as we could escape the crowded parts of the city when we were through sightseeing but could get easily to anything we wanted

We went on line and purchased the city pass at a great savings. You can easily drive to all locations but parking is a problem and dont plan on circling blocks as most left hand turns are not allowed during the day. we also spent a day driving around contry roads towards lake simco, found some nice winerys and lovely people

I stay here often. Just upgraded lobby and rooms. Very impressed.

i love this place. You will not be dissapointed and it is a great location from the airport. Highly recommend the hotel and staff.

Price charged hotel guests for parking is too high, This hotel is normally used by visitors with cars.

Best Hotel in North Toronto

The service all the way from the Bellmen to frontdesk to the maid service was excellent. The staff of this business hotel went out of their way to cater to my two kids ages nine and seven. I would highly recommend this hotel. Especially those traveling on business with kids and choose to be out of the down-town core. The hotel is also close proximity to highways, shopping, Ontario Science Centre and several restaurants.

Toronto Hotel

We checked in New Years eve , for a funeral the next day, the noise was unbearable, First room was next to a room that sounded as if there were 50 drunken peope in it. The Hotel moved us. The food is poor and Very expensive. Room was good as always. Carpet in elevators and some other common areas was well worn and dirty. would stay there again.

But since many months they repairing it ad this creates a lot of inconveniences.I am used to go to this hotel since many years and the quality of the hotel was worsen days after days , I think they recently change the management and I hope they will recover a better image,room rates are not in accordance with the today poor quality.

the hotel is well located if you want to avoid traffic congestions the ETR 407 is very nearby.

Great Place to Stay!

I found this hotel to be very clean inspite of the fact that it is currently under renovation. All of the staff I encountered were all friendly and helpful. My room was large and clean and the air quality was excellent. The bed was extremely comfortable!

Hotel is just great. Stayed there many times and it is my first choice. Just don’t get stuck on floors 1 to 3, as construction noise is bothersome. Ask for a tower room.

Great family hotel

We’ved stayed at the Westin for many years. It is a well priced comfortable hotel withfree parking. The hotel lobby and front portico are undergoing renovation. We arrived in the pouriing rain,couldn’t park close to the entrance and got drenched getting our bags to the bellman. If you don’t mind staying north of the city it is a good place to stay.

Check out the Ontario Science Center it’s fabulous for kids and adults alike

Awesome hotel, staff, grounds

My family and I stayed 3 nights, took the bus from the stop in the front of the hotel to the subway in order to get around the city, worked great. The hotel was undergoing some renovation, which was a bummer, but it was very clean and quiet. Staff was super nice and accommodating, and the grounds were a real treat to walk around. We’ll stay here next time we visit Toronto!

Decent hotel to stay

The hotel was under multi-million dollar renovation construction during our stay. However, the front desk staff could have been little more friendlier to help with things around. For example, when asked they showed us how to get to the pool. On way back from pool, the elevators were not working, but there were no signs. We waited & waited & there were no signs for stairs going back up to the hotel room either. Finally, we called the front desk from the phone @ the pool (no attendant at the pool either). They said somebody will be there soon to help us. Nobody showed up. We finally managed our way back up & told the front desk about the elevator issues. They just ignored us & pretended as if they are very busy. Other than that, hotel is clean & neat to stay.

Under construction?

Even though the hotel was under construction it is a very beautiful place. The staff is very nice, and the rooms are terrific. The room service is quick, a little pricey, but very good. Planning another trip to Canada, and this where I will be staying again.
