Who is eligible? What do I have to do to qualify?
Expedia Elite Plus program membership is open by invitation only. To qualify and retain your membership year over year, you must use Expedia.ca to book and complete at least C$10,000 worth of travel or book and stay at least fifteen (15) hotel nights per year.

How will I know that I've qualified?
You will receive an enrollment email at the email address associated with your Expedia.ca account, as well as a personalized Elite Plus identification card in the mail.
To ensure you receive all notifications of special vouchers, promotions, new VIP Access hotel properties, and other benefits, please be sure that your email and mailing addresses are up to date. Fill out your mailing address and check your email address.
What do I have to do to enroll?
Nothing. There is no cost to you and you will be invited to enroll if you qualify. Just be sure your correct email and mailing address are on file in your Expedia.ca account so you can receive Elite Plus membership materials and your exclusive offers and benefits.
What are the benefits?
Exclusive travel offers—Enjoy special discounts, vouchers, travel perks, and promotions offered only to Expedia Elite Plus members. You'll be notified of these special offers through email and/or postal mail.
VIP AccessTM—Receive hotel room upgrades, subject to availability at check-in, at participating VIP Access properties.
With VIP Access, you also may receive additional perks, such as late check-out, early check-in, complimentary beverages or breakfast, and more. Please note that these perks vary by hotel.

How will I be notified of special offers and discounts?
Elite Plus members will receive special offers and discounts through email or postal mail. Please be sure that your email and mailing addresses are up to date so you don't miss out on special offers, discounts, and benefits.
When will my membership expire?
Your membership expiration date is included on the front of your membership card. To qualify or requalify for each program year, you must use Expedia.ca to book and complete at least C$10,000 worth of travel or book and stay at least fifteen (15) hotel nights per calendar year.
What do I have to do to cancel my membership?
If you would like to be removed from the Elite Plus program, please call Customer Support at 1-800-224-1534 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can others use my membership?
You may use special offers and vouchers that you receive as an Elite Plus member to book travel for others as long as bookings are made through your Expedia.ca account. Travel booked for others on your Expedia.ca account is eligible for Elite Plus benefits and will count toward future Elite Plus qualification.
Credit is awarded once travel is completed.

How do I change my mailing address, email address, or customer profile information?
Simply sign in to your Expedia.ca account and follow the prompts.
Elite Plus Membership Terms & Conditions:
The Expedia.ca Elite Plus program membership is open by invitation only. Your membership expiration date is displayed on the front of your membership card. To qualify or requalify for membership each program year, you must use Expedia.ca to book and complete at least C$10,000 worth of travel or book and stay at least fifteen (15) hotel nights each year (pre-packaged vacation and/or cruise purchases do not count toward Elite Plus qualification criteria). All dollar amounts are calculated after Expedia fees have been applied but before third-party taxes and fees. A single registered Expedia membership account will be given credit for all bookings made to that account, regardless of who completes the travel. No credit will be given for cancelled bookings or for bookings made using single-use accounts. Two or more individuals may not combine separate accounts.
Membership in the Elite Plus program and its benefits are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. Expedia, Inc. reserves the right to remove any member from the program at any time. Expedia, Inc. reserves the right in its sole discretion to discontinue or modify the Elite Plus program, program offers, and/or these Terms & Conditions, or to restrict the program's availability to any person, at any time, for any or no reason, and without prior notice or liability to you. The failure of Expedia to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. The interpretation by Expedia of these Terms & Conditions is final. These Terms & Conditions may not be changed by any unauthorized person, including employees of Expedia, Inc.
