“Very nice, welcoming place to stay!”

The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, and all aspects of our stay were wonderful. The location of the hotel near the University of Washington campus is a huge plus, and being near shopping and restaurants made it very convenient. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone with business at the University of Washington or the University of Washington Medical Center. A great place to stay!

“Always stay here if going to the University area”

We have stayed here three times and will go back. Nice. clean room. The breakfast is just OK but the price is right. The location is good with the University shopping center within walking distance. The staff is always helpful anavailable. Just a good, solid hotel selection with great access to the University.

“Great Hotel Close to UW”

I was in Seattle for a conference at UW. This hotel was close enough to walk to campus, clean, and the free breakfast was really great. They have a homemade waffle machine to make your own belgium waffles! The only downside was that housekeeping only makes the bed. They didn't put away the ironing board or straighten up the room.

“Wonderful Experience”

A wonderful experience with clean and spacious rooms and a wonderful staff. The location is perfect for campus area access near Lake Washington area. The excercise facility is wonderful with several choices of quality equipment and a great view of campus life. There is a hiking/biking/walking trail next to the hotel that will take you miles through beautiful parts of the city. There is also a free shuttle service to anywhere within 3 miles of the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

“Close to U Village Shopping and More!”

We stayed so we could be close to Children's Hospital for an early morning appointment for our daughter. The staff was friendly and helpful, setting up a baby bed in our room for us while we went out for dinner. Highly recommend this hotel, the price is on the high end, but if you get the expedia special rate of around $100 it is a good deal.

“Family friendly”

We only stayed for a night but the location was perfect and the breakfast was wonderful. The kids loved the pool and we loved being able to walk to the University shopping area with a grocery store, drug store and other mall type stores like Gap and Victoria's only a few minutes away. The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean and quite. It may not have been "chic or modern" but it was affordable. The WiFi, parking and hot breakfast were all included which is worth a lot when you are traveling with 2 kids.
