Agreable sejour au Worthing Court. C'était la premiere fois que je reservais en passant par Hotel.com. j'avais reserve deux chambres avec petit dejeuner continental compris. Mais arrives sur place il n'y avait qu'une chambre avec le petit dej, je devais payer pour la 2eme chambre. Sinon l'hotel est bien place avec beaucoup de services dans les environs

La cuisine n'est pas suffisament equipee. Il manque de tout ( nombre de couverts, assiettes et verres sont insuffisants, ciseau, napperons, linges de cuisine autres que linge de vaiselle, bol a salade, etc. sont manquant. Lorsqu'on demande, on nous dit que c'est ainsi. De pkus, la connexion Internet etait faible. Par contre, le personnel est gentil, c'est propre, tranquille, bien situe. Le changement de serviettes, draps menage etait tel que convenu et tres bien fait.

Séjour de 5 nuits. L hôtel est bien situé à proximité des plages ( une rue à traverser) , d un supermarché (1 mn a pied ) , et de la voie principale (arrêt de bus à l entrée de l hôtel ). Le centre-ville est à moins de 10mn en taxi locaux( 2$BBD, soit moins de 1€). Le personnel est très agréable et à l écoute, l hôtel n est pas très grand donc parfait pour les séjours au calme. Très très bon rapport qualité prix

Ai séjourné 4 nuits, prix réduit en cette période et en dernière minute. Hôtel un peu vieillot mais très propre. Bon équipement dans la cuisine, jolie terasse et piscine agréable. Très bien situé à quelques minutes de la plage, des services et restaurants. Acceuil parfait et gentillesse du personnel.

Deux belles semaines au Worthing Court apt..
Hôtel très bien situé, face à la plage et près de l'hôtel Accra et de la promenade. Il y a un gros marché d'alimentation Massy juste derrière l'hôtel. Nous y étions allés deux semaines l'année dernière et avions beaucoup aimé. Les Bajans sont très sympathiques et la Barbade est un véritable paradis. Nous y retournerons sûrement!

Nous avions choisi cet hôtel , car il annonçait un restaurant ouvert tous les jours; hors il était fermé le dimanche soir; dans la chambre le petit déjeuner était annoncé débuter à 7h30; la réception de l'hôtel à notre arrivée nous a dit que le petit déjeuner était servi au restaurant à partir de 7h. En fait nous avons dû prendre le petit déjeuner à l'extérieur car quand nous sommes présentés vers 7h45, le restaurant n'était toujours pas ouvert, et la personne chargée des petits déjeuners n'arrivait pas avant 8h.

The place was clean, close to the beach across the road, 2 supermarkets, 2 mins away. Convenient store 1 min away, food court with live DJ's 2 min away and buses and taxis pass all the time in front of the hotel. what we did no like was that the room was missing a cork opener, can opener, frying pan and rag to wipe the kitchen counter. They provided towels for the beach, pool very clean. The restaurant was always closed for supper and closed on sunday for lunch.

Rum, fun and sun.
From arrival we were greeted with a welcoming smile. We had a special breakfast each morning. All staff were bright and happy big smiles all round. There were special evenings where great food and fun entertainment was put on. The room and property was kept spick and span. Pool was super, clean and warm if a little small. Location is very handy with shops, entertainment, restaurants and public transport close at hand. Nothing was a problem. We even had the use of a room on leaving day.

This was our second stay at the hotel and it was just as good as the first. Super friendly staff; a clean and spacious room; a good location; and a very nice breakfast included for two. While we didn't use the kitchen much, it was well appointed and everything seemed to work. I'd definitely recommend it.

The room was clean with a nice view from the balcony, and the people were generally pleasant. However the internet was terrible and was flat out unusable most nights. On top of that the air conditioning unit leaked at one point and damaged my electronics. Initially the manager refused to take liability, but after going back and forth for weeks I was finally compensated.

Dear Anonymous, thank you for taking the time to write your review. We are grateful for the kind feedback on our team, and the hotels upkeep. However, it is important to note that the said incident, was reported the next day, and as soon as it was report the manager called and spoke to the guest. Such a majour incident should have been reported instantly. However, in an effort to appease the guest a discount was offered on the room, as up to that point the hotel had no evidence of the said incident, but this gesture from the hotel was turned down. It is also interesting that the guest checked out right away. Possibly all related to the WiFi issues and work. Later the guest wanted to take it further but did not give the hotel a chance to even see the damaged headphones to confirm the damage. Under no circumstances, would any property take responsibility of an incident without proof. The hotel requested the guest to bring in the headphones as proof there was damage and it took the guest 2 weeks to drop off the headphones. Upon receipt of the headphones, it was confirmed they worked perfectly! It is strange that such a poor review was written, because the delay in resolving this problem was due to the guest taking so long to drop off the headphones. Though they were proven to work perfectly, within 48 hours, the hotel went above and beyond and still paid for the headphones. It is disappointing to think that persons would expect any property to take liability for anything in room without proof. And we have proven that in this instance, after two weeks of advising the headphones were damaged, upon checking they worked.

Spent the weekend here. Good location and self catering amenities. Very disappointed to find the pool closed and no one communicated this prior to our stay. On our first morning when I exited my room, I was erroneously scolded by a housekeeper who asked what I was doing out of my room. She clearly had mistaken me for someone under quarantine. Then when I called to order breakfast after 8am I was told the person preparing breakfast had not come to work as yet, so had to wait until after 9am. Very underwhelming.
