Un endroit confortable
Beau séjour passé à cet hôtel. Une personne du help desk parle français, ce qui peut dépanner les unilingues francophones. Chambre très propre. Le déjeuner est bien diversifié. Un seul bémol: la grande quantité de déchets générée lors des déjeuners. Il faudrait corriger cet élément.

I asked about the room deposit and was told it’ll take several days. On Friday, 4 days after check out I still hadn’t received it. It should be returned the next day, completely unacceptable that it’s taking a week. We’re 3 middle aged women. Very gentle use of the room, we arrived in the early evening, went out for dinner, slept there and checked out. We should get the deposit the next day.

Parking is awful, there were crumbs in my bed do not believe the sheets were changed. No extra toilet paper and no extra towels just one of each in my room.

The location is lovely. We had the river view. The room and rest of the hotel were clean and well kept. Breakfast was a little disappointing. The pillows were the worst I’ve ever slept on in a hotel so I didn’t sleep well. The site advertised soundproof rooms but we found it loud all night. I don’t think it was worth the price

Great room, location and incredible staff. The room is super clean and we have a great view of the river. The staff was very polite and accommodating at check in. So glad we chose to stay here instead of the bigger fancier place down the street!!!! This hotel is great and will stay here again. Thanks :)

Staff did not know what to do as my reservation from Expedia was not in their system yet. There was no communication to me they just served another customer. Luckily Naveen was present and solved the issue. The others could use more customer service training.

Clean and quiet in spite of a large group of families with children. Surprised to find paper plates, plastic cutlery and paper cups in the breakfast room. Please be environmentally responsible and use china and flatware. Breakfast was good with many options.

Breakfast was good (above average). Room wasn’t serviced on a two-day stay. (Knocked once at 9am when in shower and never came back.) Was able to park one night in main car park and had to stay one night in public car park opposite - instructions were a little difficult to follow but got it worked out eventually so not too bad and decent option when main car park filled up. Much quieter than staying at the casino. Convenient for crossing to Detroit. Bars/restaurants nearby were good.

The tiolet was stopped up the entire time we were there. They brought us a plunger that did fit inside the hole. We told them and it seemed that they didn't care. The lady who checked us out was really nice. She paid for our parking

The view of the Detroit river and skyline are spectacular. This is a nice place to stay for the ease of hanging out on the Riverfront.
