I’ve been trying to speak to a supervisor for a week and no one will contact me. I’ve never left a review like this in my life, but I’ve also never encountered rodents inside a property. I have video of my sister catching a mouse from the sink and taking it outside. We encountered multiple rodents in the kitchen on multiple days. I’m disappointed that management has had over a week to contact me to reconcile this experience.
The wifi was unusable. Do not use this property if you need Internet. We stayed for seven days so you can imagine the data we all had to use. We couldn’t even get streaming services to run on the television.
Icing on the cake was a shower did not drain. My sister had to shower in a pool of water.
I thought this location and property would be something we would never forget. I was right about that but for the wrong reasons. I would have rather shared this privately with a supervisor but unfortunately I’ve contacted them multiple times and received not one call back. I’ve been home for 7 days and I’m still waiting to hear from them.
