Idéalement situé. Jolis espaces communs, personnel très agréable et à l'écoute, excellent petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix. La chambre est propre et confortable. Seul bémol: évitez les 2 chambres du rez-de-chaussée (11 et 12) d'une part, le wifi n'y passe pas et, d'autre part, les fenêtres sont nez à nez avec la cour intérieure du petit déjeuner (donc fenêtres et stores fermés si vous ne voulez pas être gênés par le bruit et vu de tous) ainsi que la ou les chambres du 4ème étage (on m'en a montré une pour un éventuel échange) qui, pour le coup, n'ont pas de fenêtre !! (seulement un velux sur le plafond mansardé... 😔 )

Nice hotel.
Right on the beach promenade, although shops, restaurants and beach clubs block view of the sea in most of the town. Matteo at reception was great and gave me good restaurant recommendations. The single room is quite small. Bed was comfortable and water pressure fine.

Great Location/Friendly Staff
Perfectly located directly across from the Passaggiata and the beach. Abundant and delicious breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Piacevole permanenza a Viareggio. Posizione ottima. La mancanza di posteggio è supplita da convenzione comunale per posteggiare negli stalli blu a tariffa ridotta. Colazione varia e abbondante. Unica pecca : una camera davvero piccola per tre persone (due adulti e una bimba)

The hotel is right on the main promenade so a great location. The beach is just across the road, as are the shops and restaurants. The hotel decor feels quite dated and would benefit from being refreshed. One complaint I would have is noise. My room faced the beach and main road, even with the windows shut, it was difficult to sleep at night. Also, whenever a room door was closed in the hotel at night, you could hear the door banging all over the hotel.

Summer break
Hotel in very good location. Just cross the road and you are on the beach. Only big minus is wifi. I had problem with connection in my room. In general areas no problem. Overall hotel is great,staff friendly and helpfull, breakfast delicious.

Great for a weekend in Viareggio!
Hotel London is a great stay! It's right on the main boardwalk area and very convenient for a stay in Viareggio! The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and we enjoyed our stay! The beds were more comfortable than expected.

La stanza era pulita e sanificata, peccato però che fosse al piano terra, quindi senza balcone e rumorosa (al mattino), perche la finestra si affaccia sul cortiletto per la colazione.

The Hotel London is a nice, older hotel with a great, accommodating staff. They had my room ready early - perfect after an overnight flight. You are right by the main promenade, with lots of options for dining and shopping. Rooms are comfortable.

Вполне твердая троечка. Не более.
Потрясающая локация. Одноместный номер с окном в потолке не очень комфортный для высоких людей. Во время карнавала, пришлось купить билет на карнавал, что бы просто попасть в отель и оставить багаж, даже без заселения, ну или нужно было подождать окончание карнавала до 18-00. Кстати заселение тоже не раньше 14-00. в 13-45 сказали, что нужно подождать еще 15 мин .Вопрос не в 20Е, а в том,что об этом даже не предупредили. Завтрак элементарный. Персонал на завтраке очень вежливый и добродушный. Вообщем, в следующий раз -точно не этот отель.

мы сожалеем о том, что у вас не было хорошего отдыха, забронировав номер на портале, мы не рассчитывали уведомить вас о canervale, и, прежде всего, мы не могли знать, были ли вы здесь для работы, карнавала или чего-то еще, обычно, когда человек едет в страну он спрашивает. Заезд запланирован с 14, на этот час его комната была регулярно готова, а не заранее. сердечные поздравления
