Tout était parfait sauf une déception au restaurant: un plateau de fruits de mer ( tower for 2) cher et très peu de poisson ou fruits de mer dans la tower . L’emplacement était idéal. Bravo pour l’offre de vélo!!!

overall the hotel is clean, staff is nice, but me and my family was very disapointed as the cleaning in the room was done twice for a total stay of 10 days, we were 3 and had to ask 3 times for someone to come and clean the room. Also the phone in the room never worked so each time we had to go down for room service. Restaurant is good, pool and gym are fun, view is nice.

Hôtel magnifique a super piscine extérieure. Service parfait, rénové avec goût. Surtout, le plus bel emplacement de la ville. Coup de cœur, nous retournés a deux reprises de 6 jours total durant le même voyage dans l’ouest.

The only thing that was an issue was the noise of the sea planes. Luckily we didn’t need to sleep in. Actually we took a sea plane tour and the hotel is convenient to walk to that but trade off is noise from planes.

After a bit of a shaky check in with regard to a room we didn’t like, the staff resolved the issue and we we were given a room that was satisfactory. Rooms are large and well appointed with an excellent sized bathroom with a very large countertop. There was a Juliette style balcony which allowed for fresh air. The property is beautifully maintained with beautiful flowers and trees. The outdoor pool is heated and there are several barrel sized saunas out by the pool. Heated towels are provided by the pool and there are plenty of lounge chairs. There are two restaurants on site each with very nice bars. Also there is a coffee shop serving Starbucks and light bites. The location is unbeatable and we would not hesitate staying here again.
