Hotel vétuste mais bon rapport qualité prix
Hôtel dont les infrastructures et la décoration sont quelque peu vétustes et nécessiteraient une rénovation. Pour autant, la chambre était spacieuse, confortable, bien équipée. Rien a dire pour le prix proposé. Personnel professionnel et rapide pour le check in. Station-service et offre de restauration à côté de l’hôtel. Bon point de chute dans le cadre d’un voyage en voiture.

We were told to park on the side and use side door. The exterior door handles were broken off so we continued to the next door, and the next... same thing. My room was so humid that it ruined reading materials for a class I was taking because the swimming pool was basically next door with no apparent additional ventilation for it. It was as if three hotel rooms were removed for the pool with no consideration as to what the climate would do.

thank you for your review. We do not have rooms next to the pool. The closet room is a handicap room and that is 4 doors down and the rest of the rooms after the elevator which is about 100ft. We have humidity fans that are on all the time in the pool area to pull the humidity out, otherwise the glass around the pool area would be fogged with humidity and could not see thru, therefore the fans are working properly.

I traveled with a few other people. We stayed for two nights. My room was quite average, but in a good way. It was clean and a normal hotel room. I was on the third floor with a broken ankle, which was fine until the elevator broke down for a few hours. I did not feel comfortable trying to go down the stairs to get to the lobby. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was not very good, but I have had worse. Overall, this was a mediocre hotel that I probably would not stay at again.

The property is in dire need of beautification. The pool and hot tub, the rooms and the front desk area. The elevator stopped working twice during the stay.

Thank you for your review. The pool was just redone in Dec of 2022. I would like to redo the decking again. But hopefully we can get this done after the summer.

Our rool smelled kinda musty but it's not surprising with the area it is in. Breakfast was really good and all the staff was super friendly.

Thank you for your review. I apologize if you room was not fresh. The weather is changing outside and the AC don't have to be ran all the time, which these do help to circulate the room. I will have my HK manager look into this and see if there is an issue that we need to take care of. Thank you again for letting me know.

The property was easy to locate. The staff wasnt overly friendly but they were nice. The room was clean but the whole point of choosing this location was for pool and hot tub use and the hot tub was out of commission. There were no towels in the pool room. Breakfast was ok but it was a very limited selection. All in all I would stay here again and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place.

Thank you for your review. We hope to see you again soon. I would like to apologize for the hot tub. I am waiting for our contractor to come by and fix the tile. I had a guest that nicked her foot on the tile and I would not want to cause any more pain to our guests. This was for your safety. Please forgive us, I was hoping to have it done by the weekend but our contractor was in Texas. I hope you give us another chance as soon I get it up and running again. We did have a note at the front desk as soon as you checked in to notify you about it.

Honestly it was dirty, really bad odor everywhere and there were like a lot of kids adults in the hot tub. We couldn’t use it because they were there the whole day!!!

I had a good night's stay here. While the property is showing some age outside the inside was nice. The staff was nice and helpful. My room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. I would stay here again. Excellent value.

When i got there to check in, i was the only person checking, and the lerson that was working at that time, appeared to be the manager ,finally came to help me after 30 min of waiting. He was i. His office and cojld clearly see me. Once he finally came out to belp he was not very friendly. Then i get to room and the heater would not work right, it wouldnt get avo e 69. Also the fitness center didnt hardley have any of the dumbells or free weights that was show. In the advertisement. Last but not least, the hot water did not get very hot and it didnt stay warm very long.

Thank you for your review. I would hardly say you had to wait 30 min to check in. We have cameras up on all computers and can clearly see you. If he was busy, I am sure he looked up with in the 5min you were there. But wit that being said, we do have the exact same amount of dumbells show in our pictures. No less, no more. I am sorry if it seemed more but we have just the one rack, We have the best treadmill, It is top quality and is appreciated very much. We will certainly look into the issue of the heater, We had all heaters working and if it went out, I do sincerely apologize. Thank you for your time.
