L’endroit est très beau et propre. Le site est magnifique. Merci au personnel de l’hotel très conciliant car nous avons dû faire face à une situation désagréable. Le seul bémol c’est le respect du calme et des occupants. La chambre voisine a décidé de faire un party tard, nous avons dû demander au personnel d’intervenir à trois reprises. Les gens laissent leurs enfants courir et crier dans les couloirs tard et tôt le matin. Un peu triste car pour le reste, c’est un très bel endroit

Nous avons été très déçus par notre séjour. Nous avons voulu annuler une de nos deux nuits dès l'arrivée, et nous avons été envoyés entre la gestion de l'hôtel et Expedia, qui se sont lancé la balle pour ne pas prendre responsabilité et honorer leur politique d'annulation. Seulement APRÈS avoir fait l'enregistrement, on nous a informés qu'il ne fallait pas faire l'enregistrement pour être remboursés. Même si c'est la première chose que nous avons mentionné à notre arrivée. Le jaccuzi n'était pas fonctionnel. Il n'y avait pas de couvertures pour le divan-lit et nous avons dû attendre plusieurs heures et appeler plusieurs fois pour en obtenir une. Blue Mountain nous est apparu comme un "attrape touristes". Nous ne retournerons jamais à cet endroit. Et nous sommes très déçus de notre expérience avec Expédia. Nous n'avons jamais été traités de la sorte.

Hello there, we regret there were complications when trying to cancel one of the nights. As you chose a 3rd party booking for your reservation, they are in charge to make any modifications. With regard to the hot tub, we are in the middle of a roof renovation project, this area was not safe for guests due to that, however, we are close to opening day. We know the inconvenience of not having it open, however, we can see our staff provided options for you upon your request and they were not taken. Thank you again for your feedback

Thank you for letting us know about your stay, we value our guest feedback and the opportunities that can arise to improve. We have reviewed the Expedia booking channel and can see that parking is mentioned and regret your disappointment. In response to Covid our Public Health, Federal Government and Canadian Hotel Association make recommendations on the safe operation of these facilities, you can book 60 minute time slots, we regret to see that you were not aware of this safety precaution.

Staff were great, very friendly and accommodating to my son (who needed to borrow a wheelchair) and for the extra special warm welcome to celebrate his 13th birthday! We got a gratuitous upgraded unit with a late checkout AND candies/birthday card delivered to the room! Also, the heated pool was amazing and the underground garage is very spacious and clean.

The staff at the check-in counter were nice and exhibited a professional attitude. They offered underground parking after we mentioned having difficulty finding a parking area. However, upon checking into our room, we noticed it was unclean; a lady's long hair was still stuck to the bathroom wall, and a Q-tip was on the floor. Additionally, there was no door between the toilet and the shower area, which had a wooden floor. This design could lead to water damage, for which the hotel may charge guests according to their policy. Despite these issues, the staff were well-trained and handled the situation professionally, offering us another room. Although it took a bit longer than expected, their willingness to resolve the problem was evident.

Two bedroom in the Grand Georgian, room was clean, spacious. But the room would be ensuite was incredibly loud from the air conditioning and either some electrical or piping issue in the bathroom that was not visually apparent. There was a constant noise all night that kept us up. We're not going to wake up in the middle of the night to change rooms. I mentioned it to the staff at checkout but she didn't really seem to have any concern. I don't think I would stay in this property. Been here many times, and this might be the last.

Our room was not ready at check in time. When I texted the concierge, they told me they try to accommodate early check in but it’s not guaranteed but this was 45 minutes past check in. Our room wasn’t ready by 5:30 and I had to go and ask for a different one since we had young children with us that needed to get to a room.

Loved the village shopping and restaurants. Lots of open air seating areas and walking paths. The kitchenette in the room was great for a quick meal or snack. Would love to bring our whole family back. Lots to do for kids too. Did not like having to pay for parking each night over and above the hotel room cost. The hot tub was dirty at night. It did seem a little cleaner the next day.

Unfortunately, we have experienced some wild inclement weather and with the high winds, it's an ongoing battle for our teams to maintain with the swirling flora. We are working on the getting the upper hand on addressing the issue and please accept our apologies for any inconvenience. We have brought this to the attention of our leaders to monitor more closely.

It wasn't quiet but not the property's fault...a bunch of hooligans were partying right below our balcony all night, but the hotel was great!
