Excellent location and communication
There were small things like the stove being broken and no water on the last day for a period but overall a great stay. A little grungy and can use some updating. Would be nice if they provided pool floaties or something similar. But still a great time!

Sunrise is a great location for a stay as it is located right in town, across the street from the beach, and within walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Sunrise is a gated community with 24 security on site, parking for each unit, and a nice shared pool. Condo #8 is a cozy familiar condo that is not luxury but very comfortable. It is located on a 4th floor with an elevator. We hope that you can come and stay with us again in the near future!

Apartment is beachy, centrally located and has a wonderful terrace overlooking the pool and ocean. Sunsets at the beach across the street are amazing!

Beautiful Condo near the beach
We stayed at this beautiful well appointed condo in April 2024. They left us yummy treats to enjoy which we really appreciated. The location is amazing. It is right across the street from the beach. It is centrally located so all the restaurants and shopping is right there. There is a grocery store steps away from the property. We rented a golf cart but truthfully didn’t need it. The view from the porch is amazing. We loved the pool. We could hear the howler monkeys every morning and saw them in the property on our last day.

Thank you for the 5-star review! Sunrise is located right downtown Tamarindo, across the street from the beach. It is a great property for families and friends. Unit 8 is in the 4th floor with an elevator. It is cozy and well equipped. Please come back soon!

The property was excellent. Well located with a surprisingly large deck which we used constantly. The property is very well situated so going out at night was never a problem. There is a small grocery store very close. The pool was warm and clean...well used by our grankids. The unit my son rented had some beach chairs. We did not so that would have been nice. The u it itself was set up well so no complaints. We enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was very nice. Kitchen fully equipped with cooking equipment. Bbq worked well. There was no bbq brush, but it could have blown away. Sometimes big winds come up, but it dries your clothes quickly, if you tie them down. Everything was as advertised. Lots of swimming towels ready to go.

Thank you for the 5-star review, Nancy. It was great to host you at Sunrise. What is great about this property is its location downtown, within walking distance of everything. The premises are bice with a very nice family style shared pool, parking area and 24 hour security on site. The unit is on the 4th floor (there is an elevator). It has good space for a family or friends. Equipped kitchen, a/c, internet, and maid service for stays above 4 nights... it is the perfect place to enjoy the beach and the Tamarindo resort for fun and relaxing vacations at the same time! Tamarindo Experience
We had a wonderful stay in Tamarindo. People were wonderful, food was great and lots to do. Getting to the condo and checking in and out was very easy. Being on the top floor we had a nice partial view of the ocean, full view of the pool. Sat on the balcony every morning and enjoyed our Costa Rican coffee. Condo is steps from the beach across the road. About 75 yards from two chairs and an umbrella we rented on beach days. Short walk from all kinds of restaurants and shops, very convenient location. Tamarindo is a tale of two cities. The higher end, touristy stuff and the cool, funky little surf town that it is also. Condo is right on the line between the two. Go left out of the building you find shops and restaurants. Go right you find surf lessons, horses to ride and little shops where the owner will chat with you about what's been happening for the last few weeks. Very friendly people. The condo was clean, nice welcome package, linens were fresh and crisp, all A+ there. German at RPM was our concierge, he was amazing. Set us up with great excursions and wonderful guides. Really helped make the trip. If I had to find something to complain about, the condo is starting to show its age a little but, that's very minor. We had a blast and would highly recommend to anyone.

Absolutely fantastic. Right in the heart of Tamarindo. We were able to walk everywhere and were so happy to not have to drive to anything although the parking was easy and convenient at the condo. Washer and dryer were great. Balcony overlooked the pool and the beach. Was an easy walk across the street to the beach. My only complaint was a lack of beach stuff: no beach towels, sand toys, boogie board or chairs. This is a minor complaint in the end but it seems like an easy fix. We ended up leaving all the sand toys and boogie board we had purchased. Would absolutely stay there again. Plenty of dining options within an easy walk. Felt extremely safe as well.

Great location
We had a great stay in this property! The views were beautiful and we were in walkable distance to all of Tamarindo Beach. There were plenty of good restaurants nearby. The condo was clean and well equipped and the property management was a huge help in helping us find transportation and other information about the area. We can't wait to come back!

Fantastic location and condo!
Couldn’t have asked for better spot. Condo is accurately represented in pics, great location, great pool, etc. only recommendation is to look into water. Plumbing was an issue a few times and we lost water a few times on one day.

Perfect place to enjoy Tamarindo!
This place is even better than the pictures! Lots of room, high ceilings and incredible views! Our kids loved the pool and the walk across the street to the beach was so easy! Surf board rentals are on your way!
