tout était au top excepté le petit déj où il y a beaucoup de monde et peu de places pour le prendre tranquillement. La fin du petit déj en semaine est trop tôt (9h/9h30).

Hôtel sympa et bien situé. Par contre, personnel désagréable et non concerné. Le sol de la cuisine dans notre chambre collait à notre arrivée. Le ménage n’est pas fait tous les jours et sinon tard dans la journée. La piscine est belle mais froide. Le petit déjeuner est copieux.

Seul regret : légèreté du service de ménage
séjour très agréable. Tout était parfait. Seul bémol : le service de nettoyage dans la chambre : inexistant! J’ai signalé à trois reprises que les sols n’acaient Pas été nettoyés (séjour d’une semaine quand même), la baignoire non plus et le réassort insuffisant (on nous donnait chaque jour un seul shampoing petite dose et un savon pour 5 personnes). Ce que je regrette c’est que j’avais le sentiment que mes demandes réitérées étaient prises à la légère. A part s’excuser et le dire que le manager allait être informé, rien ne s’est passé..:je n’ai pas vu le ma’ger Et aucun geste n’a été proposé. C’est dommahe pour un hôtel de ce standing!!! A part ça, la prestation PDJ est très bien (inclus dans le prix) : bonne qualité, varié et en quantité suffisante. Cependant, attention en semaine, ça ferme à 9h. La piscine est très belle, suffisamment grande et en hauteur (on domine la marina). Hôtel super bien situé à clearwater Beach (a 5mn à pied du Pier 60) et sinon la plage est en face en traversant le magasin surf shop. Notez tout de même que le parking est payant et cher : 27$ par jour et nuit comprise. Je le recommande vivement sous réserve d’un effort sur la prestation ménage.

This is a great facility with nice big rooms, lots of space. It's close to the dining in Clearwater, the beach was nice. The pool area was well maintained and nice. The food in the hotel was good too. It was a great stay!

We had horrible nights at the hotel. Could not sleep. Heavy metal concert was on going past midnight. I complained to the front desk and was told that all the suites were on the Coco bar side. I had to call the police for the music to stop. Expedia rating is overrated.

Great hotel and extremely friendly staff. Staff was always happy to assist and would always greet you every time they saw you. Room was clean, housekeeping was happy to accommodate of you had any special requests. Only a short three to five minute walk to the beach depending on the route you took. It was good, almost pleasant , except I was made to wait for check in . I opted to extend my stay for another night and charged an outrageous fee which was ridiculous.. Expedia wasn’t that much better. I wasn’t told about the parking situation which the car had to be valet’ed for the entire stay .

Like others have said, there is a loud bar under the hotel which makes it hard to sleep. I knew this when booking as I read reviews and figured out family would be ok…but it was a lot louder than I imagined it would be. My husband & I slept ok—the kids took a long time to get to sleep. I def wouldn’t stay here if you need quiet to sleep. Apart from that, the hotel is very clean, spacious & the breakfast was amazing. I loved that they even had cold brew coffee along with the normal. We would prob stay here when it’s not spring break time—so possibly a little quieter as it wasn’t just the music that was loud but also the screaming drunk people lol.

Good location
The hotel location is very close to the beach. The hot breakfast was excellent with lots of options for children. The only reason for 4 star review is that there is a restaurant right below with open air section and live entertainment which is quite noisy till late hours, not ideal when you are trying to get some sleep, especially for families with young children.

I liked the location as it was a walkable distance to the beach (1 block). Very central to Pier 60, the beach and common excursions. Parking was annoying though. Daily fee for parking and if you stay 5 or more days it really adds up. Daily breakfast was basic but good. Our room was spacious with a nice view. Would stay there again.
