I really did not like how strict the bartenders were with the happy hour hours. I got in line about 2 minutes before happy hour completed and i was (rudely) told that they were cutting off the line before me. When i asked what time it was she admitted that there was still time but there was nothing that they could do. i don't know if it was the bartenders decision or if they were directed by management to cut ppl off. Either way, it left a bad taste in my mouth. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

It was the perfect location. We had 4 of our 6 kids with us and the staff put us in a corner suit away from others so we didnt have to constantly hush our children. The hotel was absolutely beautiful! This has been the very first hotel we have stayed in that had an open hottub since covid started and it was very nice and relaxing. We all very much enjoyed our stay and will be back.

The room was great. Very spacious and clean. The staff was more than accommodating. They were undergoing some renovations/repairs so that was a little inconvenient but not bad at all. The free happy hour and breakfast were a wonderful treat! The area has a to. To offer. The historic district had more shop,boutiques and restaurants than we could possibly visit in one trip!!

The hotel was beautiful, the rooms are nice and spacious. Check in was supposed to be at 3pm, we arrived around 3:30 and our room hadn’t even been cleaned, we we’re finally able to get into our room at 4:15 and when we got in there was dog fur all over the room (not a huge deal) so I went down to the desk and asked to have it cleaned and we left, came back at 10pm and it still wasn’t cleaned. Went back down again and after another 30 minutes they finally sent someone up and barely ran a vacuum across the floor. All our bags, clothes, blankets are now covered in fur and they only offered $50 off our visit.

Evening reception greatly reduced it only included goldfish crackers and vegetable trays. In the past it use to include more appetizers so this was disappointing. Also there’s a limit of only 2 adult beverages. Pool was unavailable for the last evening of our stay.

I would not stay here again. The pool was down for cleaning which is why I picked it out in the first place. There was no hot water this morning for a shower, there was hardly any food on the breakfast buffet, tried to get towels and was told I would be brought up some, never got them. I tried to call to the front desk for a crib and they never answered. The curtain in our room had a cigarette burn on it. I won’t stay there again

Came to check in at 1100, but not for early check in, just to make sure my room was good. Was told to come back at 130. Room was not ready until 5pm. Also chose this location for the pool and it wasn’t even open. Will not be coming back to this hotel.

The hotel was completely full when we stayed because of a convention. It would have been better if they rented out the entire hotel to the convention because there was a lot of unsupervised teenagers running around the hotel and getting the elevator was almost impossible. Other than that it was very good.

The rooms are nice, as is the interior of the hotel. We had brought our dog, wish it was clear that it is an additional $75 charge prior to arrival. There was a lot of garbage outside the front of the hotel.
