Correct
Grande chambre, salle de bain moderne. Très propre. En plein centre ville. Attention chambre donnant sur une rue très bruyante. Bar juste en bas avec du bruit jusqu'à 4 heures du matin. Au 3ème étage sans ascenseur mais nous avons demandé de l'aide à l'accueil pour monter et descendre nos valises.

Cet établissement fût une belle surprise. Très bien situé dans la ville. Le personnel est très accueillant et disponible. Je retournerais à cet endroit n’importe quand !

Très bien situé
Nous avons passé une seule nuit car vol très tôt le lendemain matin. Hotel très bien situé sur une rue piétonne, près de la vieille ville et du palais. Par contre, très près d'un bar/discothèque où il y a eu de la musique "live" très forte jusqu'aux petites heures du matin, donc pas l'idéal pour des gens qui doivent se lever tôt pour un vol d'avion. Accueil très chaleureux (Adriano), il n'y a personne à la reception pendant la nuit mais peut rejoindre à n'importe quel moment par téléphone. Adriano nous a organisé un transfert pour l'aéroport à 4h30AM moyennant un coût supplémentaire (45 Euros pour 4 personnes). Chambre petite mais il faut s'y attendre dans la vieille ville mais quand même propre. Les chambres sont situées au 5e étage et il n'y a pas d'ascenseur.

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Bathroom with great instant hot water and good water pressure. Nice to have hot water kettle for coffee or tea. Location was great and easy walk to all the sites. Host was friendly and offered great suggestions for where to eat and what to see. Definitely recommend Marjan park! One note is that there is no elevator so there is a hike of 4 flights of stairs and because of central location, can get quite noisy. I did fine with ear plugs.

The room was very clean and comfortable with a lovely view of the old city. The owner was very friendly and helpful and it had great Wi-Fi. If you have mobility issues, you need to know it is on the third floor with no elevator. We loved it and would stay there again.

Lovely boutique room. The only issue is the minimal signage directing you to the place. *PLEASE NOTE, THE ONLY SIGN IN A BLACK PLAQUE ON THE DOOR FRAME*, easy to overlook. Pay close attention when you’re looking for it! The owners were very warm and friendly.

Good location but not great for luggage storage
The location was great and the rooms finished to a high standard. The apartments are on a busy street though and even though on the third floor the windows aren’t soundproof which did disturb sleep. Despite advertising luggage storage being an option (and this was the reason we checked out of a villa and stayed here for the final night so we’d have a place to store bags before our flight) the host was clearly very put out for us to wanting to leave bags for more than a couple of hours. Priority was clearly when he was when he was planning to be at the accommodation rather than when we needed storage until. Seemed at odds with being able to check in until midnight

Lovely property and wonderful staff. It is on the 3rd level and there is no lift. However the delightful staff carried our heavy bag up for us. She insisted. That was great service.

Clean, safe and in the heart of everything. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Downsides are there is no elevator so be prepared to carry your luggage up 4 flights of stairs. We were also facing the street which is very loud late into the night (one night was worse than the other). Also, be prepared to pay in cash if you dont pay in advance - not disclaimed anywhere and mentioned to us at check in. All that being said we would consider staying there again if we were in the area.

The room was very comfortable and finished to a good standard. It's in a great central location and we received a very warm welcome. The downside is the offset of the location. Split was very busy (we stayed here on a Saturday night) and so the noise from the street could be heard until the very early hours. Luckily my ear plugs blocked most of it out!

The room is very clean and has everything you need. The host is very friendly, nice, and helpful welcoming you to Split. You do have to climb 3 floors of steps to the room but the location of this room is excellent! So close to everywhere you need to be!

Lugar muy agradable y accesible, aunque el hotel en sí se encuentra en un tercer piso. Los dueños sumamente amables nos ayudaron con el equipaje. Nos dieron un voucher para desayunar en un lugar con comida verdaderamente increíble. Relativamente cerca del muelle del que salía el barco.

Ótima experiência. A Ivana nos recebeu muito bem e esteve disponível. Apartamento com excelente localização, possibilitando fazer tudo à pé. O único ponto negativo é que fica no 3º andar, sem elevador.

Yöllinen meteli vastapäätä olevasta yökerhosta, jossa juhlittiin kadulla, alkoi klo 23 ja jatkui aina klo 5 aamuun asti joka yö. Klo 6 alkoi kirkonkellot soimaan. Korvatulpatkaan eivät poistaneet juhlimisen ääniä. Hotellin sijainti oli muuten loistava ja huone kiva. Omistajapariskunta aivan ihania. KIIpeämiseen kolmanteen kerrokseen on varauduttava. Jos haluaa öisin nukkua, en voi suositella tätä hotellia.

Could not have asked for a better stay while in Split! The host was amazing and was always available to answer any questions. We even went to the beach one day and didn’t have towels, but she was happy enough to give us some. The location was also very convenient. Definitely would stay here again when I come back to Split!
