A nice cozy place! Close to the beach (1min walking distance). You need to bring your own bed sheets, pillow, blanket, shower towel, shower and body wash.

Cute Cottage
This was our first experience with renting a cottage and it was absolutely perfect!! Tim was an Amazing host! Right from the beginning with booking his communications with us was above and beyond! He had even text me once we were in to make sure everything was good and to see if we needed anything! The cottage was so welcoming when we arrived with the lights on low and the local radio station on to welcome us!! Pictures of the cottage really couldn’t do it justice as it was even more beautiful and cozy than we had anticipated!! The cottage was supplied with everything we needed and more and although we only stayed two nights both my partner and I wish that we could have had the time in our schedules to stay longer. Thank you Tim for everything!! We can’t wait to come back!!

Easy access
Tim was definitely a host that went above and beyond, he assisted with a minor change that made his listing wheelchair accessible and was a pleasure to bump into while out exploring Sauble Beach. This unit is on ground level and only has a minor bump to get onto the deck and the rest of the building. It was perfect for using a manual wheelchair inside and out! Thanks!

A short stay after Labour Day
The cottage was lovely. The location was great. Close to the beach and to the main drag. The owner was quick to reply to messages. The big issue for us was and still hasn't been resoved, was VRBO charging us in American funds, instead of Canadian which we had assumed. We live in Canada and were renting a Canadian property, why would that even be an issue? We're hoping this will be resolved soon.

Perfect Little Cottage
This was the perfect cottage for our family of 4. Location was great. Only a few steps from the beach and downtown area. Tim was a great host. Always communicated with us and made sure we were have a wonderful time. I would completely suggest this cottage to my family and friends if they are looking for something in Sauble Beach. Thanks Tim for sharing your property with us. We had so much fun, even on the one rainy day we had while there.

Amazing place close to the beach and strip in Sauble
Really great cabin. Everything you need is already there. A VERY short walk to the beach and the main strip. Host was very helpful and quick for response. Everything was clean and comfortable. Will definitely be staying again!

At the Sandy Trail in Sauble Beach!!
It was very relaxing and enjoyable time with convenience to all of Sauble and within walking distance of the beach, the local shopping and dining. The neighbors and occupants of the local cottages were all family oriented. The cottage offered all of the amenities someone would want in a rental property at the beach. The host was accommodating and pleasant. Many Many hot cozy home touches throughout the cottage. Can’t wait to go back! Many cozy and rustic home touches throughout the cottage. Amazing
We just Loved the Lodge it was so, Clean and Close to the Beach we could hear the waves was amazing, We one block to the main shops and restaurants. My daughter and I had the best time and relaxed on the beautiful beach everyday of our vacation and listened to the waves, We enjoyed our coffee on the amazing front decks with the sun rise it was so, Relaxing. The Lodge was everything we dreamed it would be and the Beds where very comfortable, We had everything we needs for our stay and would recommend our rental to everyone that is looking for a care free vacation and beautiful place to get away. Vrbo and Owner was very Helpful and took time out to text Us to see how we where and made sure we where confortable with our stay, Thank You that was very thoughtful. Great location close enough to activities on the Main Street that you can walk to everything and far enough away that it’s quiet. Well appointed kitchen. We really enjoyed the fireplace. Very responsive host. Easy no contact check in. We’ll be back!

Fantastic Weekend Getaway!
My husband and I had such a wonderful time in Sauble Beach. We needed a break to disconnect just for a short time, and this was the perfect spot. It rained quite a bit but that didn't stop us from having fun exploring the area, doing some shopping, trying out some of the local spots (Highly recommend Amici's for coffee - and we also had dinner at Heyday's at the June Motel which was out of this world wonderful!) and just focusing on US without being locked to a computer or to our phones. Really enjoyed sitting on the beach sipping coffee and just watching the waves :) Property is quite lovely and Tim made everything super easy! The decor is so beautiful and we appreciated the efforts made to make the cottage such a sweet getaway for guests. We enjoyed watching movies at night, playing card games inside while it poured, and just laughing a lot. We got back home feeling so refreshed and happy, and have told several of our friends about the cottage and location :) Thanks Tim and family for a lovely stay! We definitely plan to come back in the spring/summer :) The D'Amico-Warren Family

Nice Get Away
Everything we needed and more. Best sunsets at a beach that is great for sand sculpting. Great to be able to have the dogs with us! Close to the centre. Well-equipped kitchen. Good neighbours.

The location is great - a short walk to the beach and many shops and a short drive to Sauble Falls. Kitchen was well equipped. WiFi was very reliable and there were no issues meeting on Zoom. Tim was very responsive before and throughout our stay. Would gladly recommend!

This property is a short distance away from the beach crowds and mayhem of Main Street but there’s a private path to the beach. We were lucky to have Tim and his family ( owners of this property) residing next door. You won’t find an easy going and hospitable host. Highly recommended!!

The communication with Tim was easy and his daughter was close if needed. Very nice and cozy cottage. Kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, pots & utensils. Short path that leads directly to beach. A few minutes' walk to downtown Sauble which is nice and convenient. Eliminates further driving and parking costs. Will definitely return!

This was a very comfortable, warm and cozy spot for a late Fall weekend getaway. Very close to the beach for a stroll, and a great bakery still open in town. ("Luscious"). It would be too close to neighbours for us in high season as we tend to go for more seclusion.

Thank you so much for the 5 stars Susan! My favorite is spring and fall as well, we also have a week of our own every August and the Lodge is nested in with all the tall cedar shrubs and I assure you it is very private, even in high season.

A really cozy space to disconnect and unwind
My friend and I spent 4 nights here, definitely would have loved to stay longer. The space was very cozy and comfortable, had all the basics we needed. The access to the beach was great for evening walks along the shore on crisp Autumn days. Was our first time venturing out to the area in the fall season, and we loved it.

The place was exactly as pictured and the info about the place. as well! It had everything you could need for a home away from home. Tim was available for any problems and was very friendly.The cottage was quaint cozy and the bed was so so comfortable!!! And of course the beach was amazing I call it the ocean the waves were nuts and my golden retriever had a blast. Would definately rent again! Thks Tim for an amazing birthday times two!!!

Location, location, location!
We just spent two weeks in this wonderful cottage with our friends in its sister cottage next door. It is very well-appointed and the kitchen is a great spot for gathering and preparing meals. In fact, we comfortably "catered" a wedding reception for 16 people (eating outdoors of course). Tim responded quickly to all our questions - thanks, Tim! But my favourite part was the location - so close to the beautiful beach. We also appreciated the fact that it's a MUCH quieter beach than the public one just north of it. All in all, a wonderful two weeks.

We were very pleased with our stay at The Lodge. There was plenty of space inside for us and the kitchen and bathroom have been nicely updated. The cottage had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the large yard and fire pit. It is a short walk to the beach and it was never crowded (a real bonus!). Tim provided us with lots of helpful information about what to pack and things to do before our stay, and was very responsive and helpful during our stay when needed.

Wonderful get away
The process was very easy through VRBO and the owner started the connection close to our arrival to prepare us. There was a nice welcome sign and booklet with information about the space and the local area. The area is very quiet and calm. The beach was less than a 5 minute walk and the area around where you "pop" out seemed less crowded. The walk into town was very close too. There is a large lawn for children to play and at night there is a space to gather around a fire. Planning on going back again next year!

Wonderful stay in Sauble Beach
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sauble Beach. The cottage was well stocked and steps from the beach. The property is quiet and spacious and check in etc with the owner was easy and helpful. The cottage was a mixture of old and new. The beds were comfy with basic old fashioned furnishings. The kitchen and bathroom have been renovated and provided all we needed. Lots to do within close proximity. We hope to return!

Exactly as promised, easy check in, very clean, with everything we needed for our stay. Short stroll to the beach and Main Street. We were so comfortable here that none of us wanted to leave. Highly recommend this cottage :)

Great little cottage, location to the main strip and beach doesnt get better!
Everything was great, to the check in process, the cottage itself all of it. Wonderful location, steps to the main strip and beach. My only complaint and to no ones fault is the water. It's a well system so it has a very powerful metal like odor and is a bit yellow. We bought a big jug of water for drinking and to brush our teeth with.

We had an amazing experience at Tim’s cottage. The best part was a 1-minute walk to Sauble beach through the back door. Could hear the waves all the way to the cottage. Cottage had everything we could need. We did bonfire & a little BBQ. Highly recommend for a getaway!

Family getaway
We rented both cottages on the property and enjoyed everything about them. The convenience, cleanliness and comfort was great! Everyone did a little bit of everything in this great location, swimming, relaxing in the sun and strolling in town. We were a group ranging in age from 11-78 and there was enough space for us to gather for meals, but also spread out and relax - the fire pits, the outdoor dining and the large lawn were all enjoyed. The kitchen had everything we could need and the proximity to town & the beach was perfect! We enjoyed the sun and surf of Sauble Beach and hope to return again soon! Tim made sure we had everything we needed and we had a great vacation. Also in the evenings the Netflix and wifi were appreciated!
