Une beauté incroyable.
La vue est d'une beauté sans pareil et la piscine est tout simplement splendide, la partie basse de l'hotel est un véritable joyau. La literie est très bonne mais le confort général de la suite est assez sommaire. Quoi qu'il en soit, le lieu est eco responsable et d'une beauté a laquelle on cède tout. Merci pour ce séjour!

L'emplacement et la vue de cet établissement sont clairement les avantages principaux. Il est apparent que l'endroit a été autrefois très populaire mais semble négligé depuis un certain temps. Aucun éclairage autour de la piscine du haut, énormément de débris sous les habitations Caschey 1-2-3 et très forte odeur d'essence sous le balcon.

Hôtel dans les hauteurs de la ville de Soufrière. Beau point de vue. Beau panorama. Chambre elegante et propre ( pas de télévision ni de radio cependant). Pas de shuttle pour la plage, ni pour la ville. Jardin magnifique. Pas desservi par les bus bien que sur la route donc prévoir un taxi ou un vehicule si vous n'aimez pas marcher.

Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur Expédia, la chambre que nous avions choisi n'avait PAS DE CLIMATISATION et nécessitent de PRENDRE LA VOITURE pour rejoindre la piscine/le restaurant. Nous avons donc demandé à changer, et nous sommes retrouvés dans une autre chambre avec des TRACES DE MOISISSURE, PAS de TV et les PEINTURES DELABREES. Et très mal insonorisée, notamment avec les toilettes du voisin. Restaurant pas terrible.

Choisissez bien votre chambre !
La vue est magnifique sur les pitons et c'est le meilleur hôtel pour cela... MAIS surtout ne prenez pas les chambres dites premium pour la vue. Les chambres en question ne sont pas dans la plantation mais éloignées de 800m accessible à pied ou en voiture par un chemin en mauvais état et logée dans une maison d'hotes, certes belle, mais dans un très piètre environnement: vielles voitures, engins de chantier éparses, etc. etc. C'est extrêmement décevant d'autant qu'elles sont plus chères alors même qu'elles n'offrent pas le confort style colonial des chambres situées dans la plantation (ancienne demeure des maîtres). Si vous devez aller à Là-Haut, choisissez les chambres dans la plantation (1er étage idéalement) Sinon, les chambre dites jardin donnent exactement la même vue sauf qu'elles sont en RDC (rez de jardin).

Maybe we were just lucky but it felt like we had the place to ourselves, whether in one of the pools or at the restaurant. What little service we required was met with a smile and a quick response. The views are unbeatable, too. We’d definitely return.

From the second I arrived, which was late, a security guard greeted us. The room was gorgeous, the views breathtaking. Ms. Stacy the bartender amazing, Ms. Glenn, even the guard. I can't say better things about this place. My new get away. Thank you!!

The property itself was nice, and had great views and good outdoor facilities. The location was a short car ride to restaurants and a few beaches. But our room was pretty shabby, oddly laid out, and not particularly clean. The refrigerator leaked, and outlets didn't work in the bathroom and the walls were very thin (we could hear every move anyone made above us). The restaurant was very medicore, but had a great view. The restaurant and housekeeping staff were very nice, but the woman in reception was not at all helpful. All in all a very mixed bag.

I had a lovely stay at La Haut. I stayed in room 7 and had an amazing view of The Pitons. The staff way very accommodating and friendly. The restaurant was delicious. I will definitely stay there again.

Great location. Outstanding views of the Pitons & the Bay. Infinity pool is very nice but old, half the chairs were broken. The buildings are very rustic but comfortable. Check-in was awkward, no sign where to go. Chef Shade was great. Very nice and food was good. We stayed in Cottage #7, Bed was comfortable & air conditioning worked fine.

The room was nice but there was no tv or anything audio wise. It would be nice to have this. There was a roach in my room which crawled my skin. Insensé the room was beautiful but the bed was sinking. The infinity pool was magnificent although it can be cared for better as there was a little spec of moss to the edges. I was entitle for breakfast but this was horrible. It was the worst I have ever. Had in any hotel. The mugs need to be changed. Nothing had taste. Place looked a bit eerie to me. The staff was wonderful. Beautiful place but I won’t return ! Oh except for the infinity pool and the magnificent view of the pitons. They could have had a welcome gesture. Also the rooms are not blacked out so even if u don’t want to wake up early I have no choice. Hope they renovate this beautiful place ‼️🙏

The location and views were amazing. It was not conveniently located, but it did not matter, as i had a car. The room was large, quiet, and very comfortable! The staff was pleasant. Great mini fridge. The only issue was the toilet. You had to ensure the tank adequately filled up before flushing. Sometimes the rubber piece attached to the chain the the tank did not properly cover the valve, so the tank did not fill. It was an easy fix. I will visit again and i will recommend friends and family to visit there!!

The views were spectacular, restaurant was delightful. BUT, if you are looking for a quiet, tranquil setting, and for peaceful sleep, this may not be the place for you. The first night in the Deluxe room, we heard a steady flow of noisy cars going by on the very nearby road, with music blasting. It kept us up much of the night. In the morning we went to the office where they said they had a “quiet” room for us, the Honeymoon Suite. That night a dog barked out our window all night. There were many quail in small cages, which chirped every time the dog barked. At 10:30 that evening I drove up to the office, which was closed and no one to talk to. The security guard told me it was the owner’s dog. He said it is an ongoing problem. He also said he “could not talk to the owner then “because he was sleeping.” The following morning, we packed up and told the office we were leaving and wanted a refund. Not only did they refuse, and did not so much as apologize, but claimed that we “were the first to ever complain about the dog.” We know this to be false because both the security guard and a server in the restaurant said it has been an ongoing issue for some time. We have since seen other reviews mentioning the barking as well. We were treated badly by this hotel, with no sense of them trying to make it right. We have since been working on a refund through Expedia and our credit card company. The hotel has stonewalled and even hung up the phone on them.

The staff and property was nice. Plenty parking space and beautiful views. The rooms were clean and spacious. The downside is that theres so many mosquitos and you can hear the chickens and roosters all night long. Breakfast is included but there’s one waiter and 1 cook which took a long time (about an hour) just to be served because there were other tables to tend.

Property has excellent location and outstanding views. Room is big and spacious. But it lacked basic maintenance. AC was not working, there was no hot water, wifi was not working. Staff told us that the infinity pool closed at 5, but we were able to use the pool until late on day 2.

Pros: absolute gorgeous views of the pitons. Cannot be beat in the area. Air conditioning worked well. Bed- very comfortable. Kitchen; know there is a toaster, microwave, fridge and sink. That’s it. We were given 2 glasses, 2 coffee cups, 2 bowls, and 2 plates. It was all we needed Wonderful covered porch to sit on They kept it very clean Beach towels provided and could be exchanged as needed Cons It is very very dated. Needs paint as every surface seemed marked up. The bathroom door handle was hanging on but barely. The shower handles - there were 3 but only worked. One actually fell off while we were there. The pool was pretty. But only two lounge chairs were available for around 12 guests. It also had algae in it as well and needed to be cleaned. We never made to the owners pool Location- Very close to most things in the area but you absolutely need a car. The town is very run down and there is nothing for tourist to do there. However there were some very good restaurants nearby. Also- I found there were many lovely other hotels such as Crystal Bridges nearby by with same rates but much newer and better accommodations and included breakfast. I would likely choose another location next time, not bc this place was bad- just better places for the same cost

Some of the best views on the island. However each room could be brought to an amazing standard easily, a bit of paint and new bathrooms is all that is needed. Not sure why there is a 1920s style kitchenette in the rooms. Bar and restaurant could easily be best in town, just need some proper management and some small updates. This place could be 4 star if the owners were prepared to spend a few $100k. Over all good stay, very friendly staff.

The property has a ton of potential but is need of some maintenance / upgrades. Hopefully with tourism coming back on line, the owners will be able to re-invest a bit. Things like lounge chairs at the pool, an umbrella, etc.would be great. The staff is incredible - so attentive that we felt spoiled.

Great views/rooms!
The best part of this specific resort stay was the view from one of the 3 cashew rooms and the view from the Infiniti pool (very close to cashew rooms). We came for this reason and it delivered 100%. The cashew room was also spacious with a huge balcony. The biggest let down of the place was the restaurant. There are many better and more reasonably priced options around. You will want a car if staying here as nothing is really walkable nearby.
