Lieu féerique bien intégré dans son environnement naturel. En aurora cabin on est surpris par la verrière donnant sur le ciel, le confort, le sauna et l'espace !

Tres appréciable : la beauté du site, la foret, la lumiere unique, les aurores boréales La sympathie des serveurs au repas, la qualité du chalet loué, les activités proposées moins appréciable : Paersonne à l'accueil très desagréable, on arrive et on demande ce qu'on peut faire ici en 1 semaine, on me demande si j'ai lu la brochure, oui, on me fait un devis sur la base de ce que j'ai lu, 2500€ et on m'envois à la caisse ... zéro rêve, approche comptable. Je demande qu'elles sont les activités qu'on peut faire non payantes , chemins de randonnées, autres ... on me donne 1 chemin en tout et pour tout, ... un peu juste pour 9 jours sur place ... On se débroulera pour en trouver plusieurs autrees tout seul. Accueil à l'arrivée : j'arrive en navette hotel vers 23h, je passe à l'accueil, normal, on me donne un plan pour rejoindre mon chalet : On se retrouve à 3 avec 3 sacs et 3 grosses valises à marcher dans la neige, pas de lumière, on se trompe de chemin, on trouve enfin le chalet, mince on est derriere , on escalade une congere de de 1 m avec nos valises, en tenue de voyageur pas encore équipé ... à 600€ la nuit , pas cool !

Cadre magnifique, féerique. Localisation idyllique. Nous venons de passer deux nuits en cabine aurora et sommes globalement ravis. Spacieuse pour un couple et bien équipée. Un sauna inclus dans la salle d'eau est parfait pour se détendre après les excursions et activités. Les vitres chauffées permettent une visibilité totale pour apercevoir les aurores boréales de son lit. La demie pension est un bon plan autorisant une liberté d'actions dans la journée. Les repas en mode buffet permettent de satisfaire toutes les attentes. On appreciera particulièrement le personnel de service à table discret, souriant et efficace. Cependant, l'on peut regretter l'absence de transport des bagages à la cabine aurora(qui peut être éloignée !) qui pourrait très bien être réalisé par motoneige.!! Un service à minima eu égard au prix de la nuitée !! Enfin on peut déplorer le coût facturé de 40€ par personne pour la location d'une combinaison avec bottes et gants. Profiter de ce "passage obligé" compte tenu du climat et de l'absence de concurrence n'est pas acceptable et devrait faire l'objet d'un service gracieux comme nous avons pu en bénéficier durant la semaine passée à Saariselka chez Lapland Safaris.!!! À mediter sérieusement sur un plan marketing et comlercial au niveau de la Direction de l'établissement à moins de negliger l'aspect fidelisation.!

Die Unterkunft und das Essen lassen nichts zu wünschen über, dennoch wäre es super vorab zu wissen, dass es in der näheren Umgebung weder ein Supermarkt noch andere Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen sind. Demnach ist man auf ein Mietwagen oder Taxi angewiesen, weiblich die Preise für Taxifahrten nicht gerade günstig sind. Ansonsten ist das Hotel schön ländlich an einem See gelegen, das Essen ist qualitativ sehr gut! Das Personal war nett und höflich, im Vergleich zu anderen Resorts in Lappland bieten andere jedoch mehr Service für die Gäste . Dennoch kann ich das Hotel weiterempfehlen

Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig mitten in der Natur, tolle Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge die man dort entsprechend vor Ort buchen kann. Das Essen bietet eine enorme Auswahl und eine hohe Qualität. Die Nähe zu Saariselkä ist perfekt und ideal für Ausflüge in die nähere und weitere Umgebung bis nach Inari oder Rovaniemi.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting!
Really lovely place to stay, out in the wilds. There are lots of activities arranged by the hotel (at a price!) so you really don't have to go anywhere else. The hotel is beautifully decorated inside with a permanent Christmas theme (maybe not in the summer months?) The kitchen and dining room staff were excellent - so friendly, efficient, cheerful and helpful. My one criticism is that the reception staff did not help us take our luggage to our cabin and gave us poor directions as to how to find it in the snow and the cold and with the sun almost down. We had to drag heavy sledges full of suitcases ourselves and weren't sure exactly where to go. Paying so much per night for our stay, I would have expected our bags to have been taken for us. Also, our cabins were almost the furthest away possible from the main hotel building and, as a slightly older guest with some health issues (I can't walk very quickly and have some breathing issues), I would have preferred to be a bit nearer. I shall know to ask for a cabin nearer to reception next time, though the hotel says they can't guarantee a particular cabin when requests are sent beforehand. On that, the pre-stay help was also very good. The activities coordinators answered my many questions very patiently. My final comment is the activities are expensive compared to other providers in the area, but the guys who lead them are exceptional, particularly Pablo and Sara on the snowmobile reindeer farm trip.

I love everything about it! Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Got own sauna in our igloo cabin. It was just perfect coz aurora came out when we were there. Food was good We availed the half board and it was convenient so you don't need to go out.

We had an absolutely amazing stay in one of the Aurora cabins. The hotel, food and surroundings are amazing, but what makes this place extra special is the friendly staff. We felt welcome from the moment we stepped out of the car :D

Winter Wonderland - can't be beat!
Probably the best hotel / resort I've ever stayed in. We splurged for the Igloo and saw the Northern lights through the glass ceiling on our second night. Food was outstanding, especially considering it was a buffet, but you'd never know it. Staff were all incredible, super friendly, helpful and just some of the kindest people I've met. Will absolutely be back!

Beautiful place to see the auroras. Igloos were clean but could use some design changes when accomodating 2 singles. Two luggage stands would be nice, instead of 1 and hooks to hang coats would have been great. We used our tripods. We noticed some igloos had hooks inside the door but ours didn't. It took us a couple days to figure out how to organize comfortably (two single females traveling together). Staff was very friendly, except for my last day with housekeeping. They made up my room for the next guest while I was at breakfast and when I came back they were still there. She was confrontational about me reporting a missing item and wouldn't leave the room as it was already cleaned but I had paid for the room until 11am. I told her to leave and she was not happy. My missing item had been returned and I was not unhappy with the service but I was unhappy with the confrontation on the day I was leaving. Overall the food was wonderful, the lodge staff were helpful and friendly, the guides were amazing, and the activities were unforgetable.

Das Hotel besticht durch seine sehr gute Lage, angenehm ruhig und trotzdem leicht zu erreichen. Ein Leihwagen ist zu empfehlen, da in der Umgebung viele lohnenswerte Ziele vorhanden sind. Die Zimmer mit Sauna sind perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub in einzigartiger Umgebung. Grosses Angebot an Aktivitäten, super. Frühstück und Abendessen lassen keine Wünsche offen, sehr gute Auswahl an Speisen.

Wilderness Hotel Muotka was amazing! We stayed in Aurora cabin 304 for 4 spectacular nights. The hotel is clean, efficient and the staff is great! Seeing the northern lights from bed is something we’ll never forget! If you’re considering a trip to Lapland, this is where you should stay!

We had an amazing stay. The hotel provides cold weather clothing free of charge to use during your stay which is very helpful (boots, gloves, snowsuit, helmet, etc.) There is free WIFI, but only available in the lodge. Our only feedback was that it was very difficult to manage the temp in our cabin and we got very hot. There are no additional bedding items in the room, only a heavy comforter and a small blanket. Overall we had an amazing stay and got to see the Northern Lights twice despite some cloudy days. Thanks to the lovely staff who were so friendly and went out of their way to accommodate any request!

Wir hatten 2 Nächte im Superior Room mit Sauna und 2 Nächte in der Aurora Cabin gebucht. Der Superior Room hat uns am Besten gefallen, da das Zimmer geräumig und modern eingerichtet war und zudem eine Sauna hatte. Der Service, die Ausflüge und das Essen (HP mit Buffets am Morgen/Abend) waren super! Man kann direkt mit dem Flughafenbus zum Hotel fahren und vom Hotel aus auf eigene Faust die Umgebung erkunden (z.B. mit Langlaufskiern).

Struttura abbastanza grande con molte unità abitative. Noi eravamo nel blocco centrale ma la sensazione era quella di stare in un motel americano…lungo corridoio con le porte delle stanze ai due lati. Camera carina ma bagno un po’ datato. Doccia con la tendina che si appiccica ovunque.

Urgemütliche Winterstimmung im Haupthaus. Sauna-Suiten waren verhältnismäßig einfach ausgestattet aber sauber und geräumig. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und sowohl der Check-in als auch Vanesa zum Frühstück waren sehr gastfreundlich.

Fantastic peaceful stay in nature. No restaurants or bar life close by and alot of beautiful nature. The hotel supplies a lot of nice activities to do. Snowmobile, skiing, walking.

Ihana erämaahotelli Kiilopään vaellusreittien läheisyydessä. Hotelli vuokraa sähkömaastopyöriä, jotka ovat loistava valinta autottomalle vaeltajalle hieman syrjäisen sijainnin vuoksi. Meidän saunallinen huoneemme (Peura nro1) oli todella siisti ja viihtyisä. Hotellin ravintolassa hyvä ruoka ja ystävällinen palvelu. Suosittelemme niille, jotka kaipaavat hieman rauhallisempaa oleskelua. Henkilökunta puhuu enimmäkseen englantia.
