Hôtel bien situé mais peu confortable
Hôtel très bien situé et proche du métro avec personnel efficace. Néanmoins, pour le prix, les chambres sont vraiment trop petites, même la chambre dite "premier" est petite car l’essentiel des mètres carrés ont été mis sur le balcon inutilisable pendant la mousson ! La salle de bain est également trop petite et très mal agencée, pas du tout ergonomique ! Le petit déjeuner est vraiment bas de gamme et peu varié ! Pour un tel prix par nuitée, ce n’est pas acceptable !

We stayed at Hotel Boss for the Eras Tour due to its convenient location. We easily walked to the venue and there were a lot of options for dining around the area, which was nice. Our only complaint was the size of rooms- they are very small! There were 3 of us in a double room, one queen, one single bed and we made it work. The room service was quite good, decent prices and very fast! Overall, a really good experience.

This is a large hotel. We experienced several issues. (1) The room they assigned to us had music and other noise coming from outside. When I complained they told me that I had booked a deluxe room and all such rooms faced the same direction and will have noise problem. After further discussion the moved us to two floors higher but the same side. Unfortunately same problem. After further complaining they moved us the second time to a room facing in other direction which was quieter. (2) In addition, breakfast is the "survival off the fittest". The restaurant is not even a fifth the size it would require to serve breakfast to the number of guests. (3) The big lobby area they have has no bathrooms. So if you are waiting for your room or have some time to kill before heading to the airport and need to go to the bathroom, you have to go outside and access bathrooms on the other side of the building. Needless to say the bathrooms were dirty. I would request Expedia to look into this hotel and their practices before promoting on their website.

What I like is it's close to MRT station. Bus stop is right outside the building. What I don't like is I have to request to clean up the room and ask for clean towels. This should be done daily and towels should be replaced with clean towels daily as well.

出張で利用。複数の飲食店やコンビニが同じ敷地にある点は便利だった。一方で客室が多くて団体旅行が多いようで、夜遅くまで廊下がで大声で話す人が多かった。部屋のドアにチェーンロックが無く、知らない人が夜中、1時半頃に自分の部屋の呼び鈴を鳴らしたがドアを開けるわけにもいかず、間違いであることも指摘できずなかなか諦めてくれなかった。ビジネス利用だったので寝られないと翌日にも影響があり困った。空調も設定通りに部屋の温度が変わらず(26度に設定したかったが、ずっと23度のまま)、自分には寒すぎた。
