On our website it states that we are owned by the University of Sheffield and are located on the edge of Endcliffe Student Village, I’m sorry that this was not something you were aware of prior to arrival with us. I am sorry that on this occasion the breakfast was not up to our usual high standards and I assure you that this is not normally the case.
