Nestled in the heart of Sanford you'll find the Blue Casa! The perfect place to settle down and enjoy the Sunshine State, this adorable home is full of natural lighting, color, and modern amenities.

When you aren't cooling off in the home's central air-conditioning, check out nearby Paw Park (the neighborhood's popular dog park), the Sanford Riverwalk, the Central Florida Zoo & Botanical Gardens, and Lake Monroe. Additionally, Orlando is just a quick drive away, so trips to Walt Disney World and Universal Studios are easily achievable!

Back at your stay, get comfortable amongst the living room's oversized sofa and large TV. Steps away, you'll find both the full kitchen and spacious dining area. Cooking will be made a breeze amongst the kitchen's granite countertops, ample meal prep space, and stainless steel appliances.

As you explore the rest of the home, you will be pleased to find that each of the bedrooms is well-decorated and adorned with soft linens. A Pack-N-Play, private washer/dryer, and internet access round out the home's interior perks.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting 'Yes' to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The $20 nightly fee will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
