Belle surprise
Nous cherchions un hôtel pas trop cher avant de prendre l avion et nous avons été agréablement surpris! Belle et grande chambre avec vue sur la mer. Parking à prix raisonnable Quartier très (voir trop) animé Et cerise sur le gâteau: place à 10 minutes à pied Bref à conseiller

Lits confortables, bien situé à proximité épicerie, restaurants, café. Déplacement facile par taxi ou Uber vers le vieux San Juan et super terrasse sur le toit de l’hotel pour relaxer en fin de journée avec salle d’entrainement.

I would not recommend this hotel. The pictures online are great for marketing purposes only. The hotel is right next door to a burned out church. There is no open restaurant/bar within the facility. There were no outlets near the bed to charge your electronics- we had to unplug lamps. The locks on the doors were very weak- we placed a chair up to the door nightly. Some of our group didn’t have blackout curtains, only sheer. The shower water pressure was very low. At night, taking a shower with the lights on, you risk outsiders being able to have a visual. There was no coffee/coffee maker provided in the room. There’s only 1 ice machine, which is on the 2nd floor. The staff was very courteous and accommodating. But the best things this hotel has to offer are the rooftop and it’s centrally located near restaurants. On our first night, we decided to enjoy the rooftop. The next day we all received an email stating the rooftop was only open from 6am-11pm. Please note, there were no signs posted indicating this. When we inquired about it, we were told the owner lives on the 8th floor and didn’t appreciate the ‘noise’ of us laughing and talking. What a joke!! Our party consisted of 6 people ranging from ages 44-59. If we didn’t risk losing money, we all would have left on night one!!

The parking across the street was inconvenient since every time you wanted to access the gated parking, you had to call the front desk and have them press a button to let you in. You also have to call them to get out once you park your car you can't just walk up to the gate and get out. It's a pain when it's raining or you have your hands full. Also, they charged a $100 deposit that they did not return or cash and is just sitting as pending in my account for almost a month.

This was a last minute booking. It literally felt like I was at a family members home. The entire staff was pleasant and friendly and very welcoming to me. I would definitely recommend!

The Hotel is pretty close to a shopping and dining area. It is accessible, clean, quiet, and with a good staff. The only thing I think they should change is the bed... It was super hard, and my back was not happy about it.

Property was small. Everything looked way bigger in pictures. Room was large. Exercise room was a joke, as was the rooftop lounge, which was difficult to access. Staff was nice. Bed was hard. In all, it was fine, and I would stay there again if it was the best option available, but I would look for better options first.

Hotel was adequate for one night. There was a strong smell of cheap air fresheners throughout the hotel. The bed was uncomfortable. There was no coffeemaker in the room or coffee in the lobby that I saw. Fair amount of noise from the road. The lot was $15 for overnight parking. We were supposed to get a free bottle of wine with our stay (VIP Access) but the receptionist didn’t know anything about it, said she’d have to ask her manager, and did not follow up. Not a big deal, but did not receive what was stated. I wouldn’t stay here again - there are nicer hotels with more character for a similar price in more convenient locations.

The room was a bit pricy for a basic room, but we loved the fact that we had a fridge and a microwave and wifi was also free. We liked the rooftop terrace too. Colorful flowers will do it more justice.

I didn’t like anything in this hotel. The elevator was out of service. The room’s shower was clogged. The tv didn’t have reception (didn’t work). They downgraded my room to 2 full bedroom room The hotel’s parking lot was located across a busy street. When I parked my car there, the receptionist locked me in the lock. I had to call my wife to come down and tell the receptionist to open the parking lot gate. I want to speak to somebody from Expedia to file a claim about this experience.

La propiedad está bien ubicada. La persona que nos hizo el check in no nos trató bien al pregúntale por el beneficio VIP ofrecido en la reservación, que era una botella de vino. Nunca nos dio nada y además se molestó y contestó groseramente. El estacionamiento es un poco inconveniente. El primer cuarto que nos dieron no funcionaba la nevera y nos tuvieron que cambiar.

I could complain about small things but the people are nice there, it's very central, I mean the bed was a little stiff but your 5mn from the most beautiful beaches in the world!!!!!!! And the Miramar is a clean , English speaking, nice people establishment. Enjoy San Juan ! Condado beach I'll put against any beach on earth.
