Sans aucun charme...
Hôtel sans aucun charme. Chambre minuscule. Salle de bain minuscule également. La porte de la douche ne s ouvrait pas complètement car butait contre les wc. Juste une nuit avant de reprendre l avion, mais une nuit de trop. Prix troo élevé pour ce que c était. Lit inconfortable. A déconseiller si vous voulez dormir.... Mis à part tous ces inconvénients, l accueil était chaleureux.

Séjour agréable et hôtel très confortable
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet établissement. Beaucoup de restaurants à proximité. Le personnel est agréable et très serviable, des notre arrivée lors du checkin il nous a été proposé du café et du l'eau. Seul bémol le forfait petit dejeuner servi dans un restaurant alentour n'est pas copieux tous les jours. L'hôtel donne un ticket par jour par personne dont 2 comprenant des oeufs. Les autres permettent d'avoir uniquement du café, des toasts, du porridge et une viennoiserie. Sinon on peut bien sûre payer un supplément si l'on veut.

I spent 8 nights there with my BFF. The owner and his son are incredibly welcoming. They helped us to make last minute restaurant reservations on NY's Eve.... basically have called in every restaurants open that day. The double rooftop and the pool are a must. Towels, beach chair, umbrella, suncream, aloe verra, water, tea, ecetera can be use for FREE ! 2,5 minutes walk to beach. In front of the best pizzeria, a third wave coffeeshop and yummy mexicain restaurant. 9 $ (10 minutes) Uber from Old San Juan If you're looking for a small peaceful boutique hotel and family vibe, go there.

Totally recommend! Very nice.
We really enjoyed our 2 nights at Dream Inn! The hotel staff was amazing. The owner is wonderful, smiley and very helpful. She gave us a list of interesting places to go or to eat near the hotel. We went to two of her recommended restaurants, and we did not regret it. (Pirilo, most amazing pizza ever and Ana's Café, local food). Sadly, my husband's glasses got stolen while we were on the beach, but the hotel staff was super helpful and thanks to them we easily found a place to by new ones. There is always cold water and ice tea for everyone in the lobby, and they have solar cream and other useful stuff available. The pool is super clean. They offer beach towels, chairs and mats that you can bring for the day (at any beach). Our room was super comfortable and clean. They have a very earth-friendly philosophy; the shower's water is heated with solar pannels, they ask to turn off the A/C if you leave for the day, wash the bath towels only if you don't hang them back up on the hook, and change the bed sheets only if asked. I really do recommend this hotel, it's very-well located and everything was perfect. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

Very welcoming!! We were greeted upon arriving with offers of water and freshly brewed coffee! The woman was incredibly helpful with directions to different places to eat and visit! Very clean and comfortable!

Great staff. Our flight was delayed and they sent detailed intrstructions for a late check-in. They put our room key in a lock box, sent us the code, and when we showed up, we were able to go straight to our room-which are modern and nice. The pool is great too.

So sorry but traffic noise outside of my unit was super loud. I realize that the hotel cannot control what's happening outside, but the rooms facing the main street are just in an unfortunate location. I really like the facility and perhaps would consider a room in a different part of the building. DS

Beautiful hotel
This is a charming hotel just a couple if blocks from a nice beach. (We loved all the dogs on the Ocean Park beach, but that might not be for everyone). Lots of restaurants and bars nearby; (not on the beach). The hotel had many relaxing areas where on could sit, or lie in a hammock on the lovely rooftop. The staff couldn’t be nicer, though note it’s not staffed at night; (locked up well). Cons: street noise but not enough to keep me awake. Limited hot water one night. A little worn. The lovely staff and environment greatly outweighed these things and I’d definitely stay again!

Dream Inn itself was clean and the front desk staff was extraordinarily helpful & pleasant. Our main complaint was that there was no hot or even warm water in our shower. The rooms are quite small, adequate for a couple but no more.The people we were traveling with said their shower control handle came off when the tried to turn it on. There are some good bakeries and coffee shops in the area but the surrounding radius is rather run down.

The hot water is not only solar powered, it does have a back up heating system for cloudy or rainy days.Once again apologize for the inconvenience. This is a travelers hotel… it has everything you need and nothing you don’t need. Incredible detail to design and architecture with a beautiful rooftop. The stores nearby will give you a discount when they see you’re staying at this hotel. The hotel can be loud from the busy street out front. Best part is the beach being so incredibly close… it’s 200m away.
