Really enjoyed my stay at this property. The room was beautiful. The staff were very nice and accommodating. I had to check out and do my excursions and they were able to hold my luggage until I came back. That helped a lot as I did not want to be carrying my luggage around with me. Will stay here again.

The staff were very nice. We came in the middle of the night to check-in everything went smooth. Their grab n go shop was very convenient for late night snacks. It was very local to everything and their beach club was at a great location.

Everyone was very nice, it was just a short walk from the beach which the provided chairs, towels, and umbrellas made very convenient. The restaurant's food was excellent. There were a few vegetarian/vegan options on the menu, and the chef even custom prepared some dishes to be vegan. The house cocktails were delicious as well. The room was pretty standard, but comfortable. Would love to go back!

Over all the property was good. I’m a person that likes to work out on vacation so a gym and the equipment means a lot to me. Their cable machine wasn’t working properly and it was a little frustrating. The cable needed to be replaced. Other than that we enjoyed the stay there.

The hotel was great. I loved the art in the building, pool and friendly staff. I ran out of wash cloths aka face towels and notified a staff person who happened to be on my floor. He checked the linen closet and didn't find any so he ran (literally) down several flights of stairs to grab some towels from somewhere else.

Lovely hotel with nice staff. Very clean, newly renovated, loved the art and atmosphere. Pool was nice. Only thing was the jacuzzi jets were out of order but it’s okay, things happen. It was still warm and cozy. AC in room was a bit uneven and made one side freezing versus the other. Towels could have been bigger for body towels but we just asked for extra. Location was excellent to the beach and main area in Condado. Overall, I would definitely stay here again

We stayed at the property for a week in the two queen room. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The location of our room (209) was a problem with noise our entire stay. Since we were in the front of the property and near the staff storage area we heard noise regularly. In addition there was construction going on near the building and the transformer power pole was outside our window. Keeping the room at a comfortable temperature was a bit challenging but we figured it out with some assistance from the staff who was very helpful. The hotel is conveniently located to walk the main strip where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. Although onsite parking is limited we didn’t have a problem calling valet for our car when needed. The pool area is really cool but the hot tub needs to be better maintained as we couldn’t use it due to the cloudy water. Overall we had a decent stay.

The location is convenient that’s about it. 4 day trip room service cleaned 1 time. Got put on the first floor and you can hear everything. Bathroom floor gets soaked from the shower.

The hotel is very well located, the area is very safe and there is a lot of options around. The pool gets sun only in the morning but there is also a hot tub to enjoy at night. Plus, the beach is very close and the hotel offers chairs and umbrellas which is very convenient. The staff was nice and very helpful.
