Staff originally stated that they did not have a room available to us at check in time, even though we had paid for the early check in. When they were advised that we had paid for the early check in, they then said they did have a room available, even though it was noted in my stay notes.
Additionally, as much as we appreciated the effort to make the room special for my boyfriend’s birthday, they didn’t follow thru with some of the things promised or offered. Along with leaving a note in our room that said, Happy Anniversary, instead of happy birthday.
“Self park” was available across the street which was a 24/7 attended lot, that also had many miscommunications with their staff who is contracted thru the hotel.
At one point while waiting for the attendants to show up at the lot, so we could drop off vehicle and keys, one of their attendants came whipping thru the parking lot with a customer vehicle.
