My room was near the elevator. Other than that, almost everything else was not ideal. The service was bad because they were busy. There was a long line to check in, it was so noisy I voukd barely hear the employee checking me in, its really sketchy outside and around the hotel...just not interested in coming back.

The staff at this property are top notch. From the valet staff, front desk staff, and restaurant staff the service is lovely. I'm not certain how often they conduct PMs on air systems etc. The only miss I noticed is that the exhaust fan in the bathroom could use attention. Beyond that everything else was great.

Liked the historic bldg. Did not like the small size of the room, it was a challenge getting in and out of the king size bed without hitting the walls. did not like the shortage of night tables next to the bed. did not like not having access to the upper floors for viewing purposes. did not like not being able to get a detailed invoice at check out. staff said they could not provide, that i have to contact you. that's terrible customer service........

Amazing hotel!!!! However we were in room 310, and right outside there is a nightclub and traffic light. We had zero sleep until 3:40am. Extremely loud outside even bring up on the 3rd floor.

This place is so clean and elevated. Loved my stay here. The bed was comfy & the room was nicely decorated. The restaurant & bar downstairs is where we spent most of our time. Will for sure be staying here again

The property is downtown Sac with a lot of homeless people around the neighborhood. I traveled alone (female) I didn’t feel comfortable walking in the neighborhood alone. The hotel is very historic with rich history.

Loved this property, the decor and sophistication was great! Prosecco upon arrival made it feel like a vacation :). Only downside was the $50 parking, which seems obsurd for one night.

Ok hotel. First room we had, the carpet was wet. We moved to another room, not too much empathy on the inconvenience. They didn’t give us all the vip info from Expedia, I had to ask. The coffee was empty Sunday morning, but the person did offer to get some. Again, they had some opportunities to provide good service and just didn’t recognize them. Not a bad place at all, but underwhelmed considering price and how they market themselves. Location is the primary reason to stay here if you are going to events at the arena.

Convenient location. Easy walk to the arena and. Couple of blocks away from restaurants and bars. The property was noisy. The grill of the AC keep vibrating and the other guest keep talking loud outside the room. Nice restaurant and BAR. Staff was very friendly
