Ce qui m'as déplu.A l'arrivée a notre chambre il n'y avais pas de serviettes. Le coffre fort etais defectueux.Le refrigerateur ne fonctionnais pas.La poignée de porte patio etais defectueuse. Le buffet etais ordinaire Pas de variété et manquais souvent de stock... Les employés ne sont pas souriant et font de l'attitude..pas chaleureux.Parfois long pour avoir du service...meme a plusieurs employés ont dirais qu'il ne sont pas pressé de te servir.

I usually enjoy my stay at Bahia but this trip I was disappointed . I went with my mom and my sons. One day we leave the hotel to visit family and my son forgot his wallet in his room. When we returned to the hotel the son got alert from his bank that fraudulent charges were made on his card. One of the hotel staff apparently stole my son’s card information and used it . He reported it security, they have him wrote a statement and told him to report it to the local police department . They also told him they would follow up about the investigation . No one followed up and it’s ridiculous they would even suggest he reported it to the local police department when he is not even a resident of Jamaica . I felt the incident was handled very poorly. Secondly , the shower in my oldest son room was not working properly it flooded water on the floor . He reported it and no one came to fix it . Other than those two issues our stay was great.

Great overall experience. Lots of things to do on the compound and around the area. The daily events are so much more with the bangs and musicians. Karaoke was so much fun. There are things to do for the adults Abe also for the little ones. A separate kiddie water park was a big plus. More than enough places to eat, food was good. The staff and hotel personnel’s are really friendly and nice. Rooms are big and spacious. Definitely would give an A.

The unprofessionalism of the workers was astounding. The flirting of staff with guest - minors included -is next level disappointing. Food, particularly at the restaurants where you had to make reservations, was absolutely disappointing. This hotel needs some good chefs. At every restaurant, the food is the same with a slightly different presentation - not even the alcohol was good. But my 18 year old son met some cool people. I will not return to this property. It’s not worth the money.

Although I had a decent time, the property needs to be renovated. The bathrooms had mold due to no ventilation in it and even without opening the balcony doors mosquitoes were finding their way into the room. For such a big hotel there was limited elevators. Another thing is the restaurants should change their table cloths after each guest especially if its dirty or have holes in it. The pillows placed for guests to sit on where dingy, dirty, and stained as well. The pool area was enjoyable but the beach area had lots of seaweed and was very rocky, so not very enjoyable. The wifi connection was horrible throughout the whole facility except when in the lobby and the 2 telephones in the room were not working for my short stay there. The overall stay spent with family was decent despite these decrepencies.

Room key did not work, majority of the time the key stopped working and I was locked out and waiting long for help to arrive. The door also stopped closing and I would come back to an open room. I felt unsafe as I slept at night. I was in the room and someone opened the door without knocking and ran away when my personal alarm went off. The bathroom was filthy. The shower head looked like pure mildew was on it. The room smelled so bad I couldn’t wait till my stay was over. The balcony drape was dirty, the room was dark, the phone receptor smelled so bad I nearly vomited afterwards, there was a stain on one of the throw pillows since I arrived and it was never cleaned, they kept remaking the bed with the same dirty throw pillow every day. The safe didn’t work. The food was the same at all the restaurants I went to. After the 3rd restaurant I gave up going to the others because everything you’re getting there is the same exact food served at the buffet. The restaurants were suppose to be specialty but there was nothing authentic. The food was mostly the same everyday at the buffet. The options offered were not well prepared and again had no authenticity. If you’re offering dishes from other cultures more care should go into making those dishes. The only thing nice about my stay was the view. This unit severely needs deep cleaning. Guest should not have to pay for an all inclusive vacation to live 2 weeks in less than comparable cleanliness they have in their own home.

We had excellent service. We had a problem with our room and it was immediately taken care of. We seemed to always have the same bartender at the pool bar and he always made sure our family was hydrated as needed. All the servers in the buffet we wonderful to us and our kids. The only downside was the Knife. We had to wait also two hours for our food to come out and once it did it wasn’t good.

Lighting was terrible, water issues, wrong beds in room and desk did not accommodate changes. Restaurants close at random times so hard to get the all inclusive food

It’s not clean, floors are sticky and if you walk barefoot your feet will turn dark and dirty. No one cleans the bugs around the floors, you have very limited options to eat and drink if you stay at Grand Principe. Staff are forgetful and when you request something, it takes them forever to get it. Poor quality food. It’s not fresh. Beach is not good, one side is fully stony and the other side is so small and crowded. General experience is bad. Definitely don’t recommend

My family and I had a wonderful time here in April. The food was good and the pools were great. The beach was steps away and amazing. The resort was clean and felt safe as well. Staff and servers were all helpful and great. Omar lynch was very helpful with any questions or concerns that we had regarding our stay. He was very approachable and does an amazing job.

A la carte restaurants were terrible. Waited 1 hr to get cold food in 3 restaurants. Orquídea was the only good restaurant, food was great. The room was very outdated and the pool was always packed. Staff were rude. Bad experience overall.

Property was great however I had to ask for washcloths and I had to ask if my bed would be made and I had to request garbage bags for the trash can but sadly I had to ask for my floor to be swept and mopped the same dirt was on the floor from the day before. Sad… beautiful hotel staff was nice food selections were great!!!

It was a nice resort but we won’t go back. The rooms and bathrooms could be cleaner. The staff was really nice to you if you tipped them good if you didn’t they weren’t as friendly. They weren’t as organized as some of the other resorts I have been to. There wasn’t a lot of beach that you could hang out at and they shut all the bars and pools down at 6pm.

I loved the property, however there were a few things that we noticed. When we entered our room, the room still have half opened bottles of soda from previous vacationers in the refrigerator. Also, the towels we had in the bathroom were stained and the dresser was missing the front panel and handle. We also experienced no blankets, ice buckets or the ceiling fan had so much dust on it. There were also not enogh wall plugs by the bed. My husband had to get up out of the bed everytime he phone rang while it was on the charger by the TV. There was no bath soap in our bathroom as well in which i had to call for. We arrived on a Wednesday at 6pm and there was limited options for dinner. I enjoyed the buffett was a bit taken back by an island resort requiring sleeves for men in the informal buffet area. My husband was unable to eat because he was turned away. I guess as a vacationer i shouldve paid more attention to dress attire but it seems like a odd request for a island that leads with relax environment. Out side of that, all of the reservation restaurants required pants, which again seemed odd for a island that almost ranging 90 degrees in April. We enjoyed the music from our balcony but was taken back that it went loudly until around 1am. Seems like that should be moved away from the rooms so guests who like to turn in early. Additionally, the elevator was broken and we had to use the staff one to get to our room. Overall nice cosmetically but need some work.

Everyone at this resort were so friendly except for the restaurant Dolce Vita. They were rude and unfriendly unless you were a privilege member. The food at Piscis, The Round Table and the main buffet were amazing. Everyone at the resort are always cleaning. Our room and balcony were absolutely stunning! I can't wait to go back!
