Logement ayant beaucoup de traces d'humidité (salle de bain), sur l annonce c'était écrit "produits de luxe pour la salle de bain"...il n'y avait qu'un distributeur de savon dans la douche qui était sale. Attention surprise de 40€ pour frais de ménage non indiqué sur le site! En résumé pour deux nuits nous avons payé en supplément : -20€ de taxe de la ville -35€ en liquide pour arrivée après 21h -40€ de frais de ménage Ça fait beaucoup de supplément !! En point positif : la situation, la superficie, le calme

Le logement était très bien placé et spacieux avec des prestations correctes. La mauvaise surprise vient d’une demande de 30 euros pour le ménage des lieux qui est une somme conséquente pour 2 j et represente un supplément de4% au voyage ( avion+hôtel) associé au 3,5 euros par personne de taxes de séjour mais qui était annoncé par votre site. Je fais rarement des remarques mais je pense que ce type de supplément devrait être annoncé. Cordialement Bertrand Naessens

Toute la famille est complétement déçu car Tritone top house ne correspond pas du tout aux photos. Premièrement quand on est arrivé devant un bâtiment qui n'est pas marqué hôtel mais juste Tritone, il y avait personne qui nous accueilli , on a été obligé d'attendre la personne 10min plus tard après il nous amène plus loin(500m de tritone) dans un bâtiment qui ressemble a rien du tout, on a passé dans une petite minuscule passerelle, ce n'était pas évident de passer avec des valises en + les escaliers sont trop étroits et sans barres! L'appartement est petit, cuisine étroit, lit pour adultes sont composés de deux petits lit, lit canapé et un petit lit, salle de bain petit mélangés avec les toilettes; quand on ouvre la salle de bains pour aéré, dehors il y eu une mauvaise odeur pendant notre séjour ce n'était pas facile. Le sol quand on était arrivés n'était pas propre . On est très déçu de notre voyage à Rome car même les gens sont pas très sympathique; on s'est fait avoir tout le temps sur les prix (Taxis aéroport à Rome a fontaine des trevis 60euros , boissons dans épicerie coca 1l coute 5euros, restaurant qui vous accueille bien mais qui vous arnaque sur le prix et nourriture etc ) bref le seul avantage c'est que les boutiques sont aux alentours et aussi le Colisée tous ce qui est à visité mais heureusement qu'on est restés que une semaine .

Hotel très accueillant, hyper bien localisé !
L'emplacement de cet hôtel est parfait, tout est accessible à pieds : fontaine de Trevi à 5min, place d'Espagne à 5min, le Colisée à 15min à pieds ! Pas loin de la via del Corso ! Pour aller au Vatican, il y a un métro juste à coté qui arrive en 4 arrêts (sinon 30min à pieds). L'accueil est très convivial, une jeune femme nous a accueilli (elle parle le français à la perfection) et nous a donné une carte de Rome où elle a entouré tous les endroits à voir, elle nous a également donné des conseils pour les restaurants. La chambre était spacieuse et très propre, tout comme la salle de bain. Café et thé sont gratis ;) Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter !

We rented a room with a balcony, and were delighted with the accommodations. Plenty of room for our family, great location (close to the Spanish Steps), and the apartment was equipped with a kitchen, refrigerator & washing machine. It was like having an actual home in Rome, and the staff were very responsive & helpful. We would definitely return!

So I had 3 guests and I booked the suite with 3 beds. There was only 1 room left so I booked it as quick as possible. The standard selection was 2 guests so I thought no biggie even though I'm paying for 3 beds it shouldn't matter. To my surprise they made me pay $100 euro extra for that one guest which wasn't added to the Rez even though it's not like im forcing people, I still paid for those 3 beds. Seriously.... and on top of that they charge a $40 state tax cash separetely.

Lovely apartment, well decorated and in a cute courtyard. Check in is in a building down the road but then the lady who checked us in walked us to the property, pointing out on the way nearby shops, ATMs and landmarks. So close to Trevi fountain and Spanish steps. Everywhere is easily walkable from here, we walked to coleseum and to Vatican City. Good recommendations for restaurants in the information pack. Some traffic noise as expected in a city centre but nothing that stopped us sleeping. Overall had a brilliant stay!

O quarto é muito bom. Ficamos em 4 (2 adultos e 2 crianças). Achei que faltou armário para manter o quardo mais organizado. O aquecedor/secador de toalha não funcionou durante toda a estadia, mas pelos trocaram as toalhas molhadas diarimente. O nosso quarto foi no 1º andar, a rua tem barulho de movimento de carro, mas não nos incomodou muito. O quarto é bem decorado e a localização é excelente.

O apartamento é muito bom, com excecelente localização. O único problema que é chegamos no fim do dia e o fogão só tinha uma boca bem pequena funcionando e a calefação não estava funcionando. Comunicamos a situação por e-mail, como eles solicilitam, e conseguiram, no dia seguinte, resolver sobre a calefação e colocar mais uma boca do fogão funcionando. Eu acho que isso tudo tinha que ser verificado antes do hóspede entrar.

Excellent location! Very closed to Spanish Step. Closed to shopping, grocery stores and all restaurants. This is apartment which is not the hotel I expected from the photo on Expedia. Not on the top of a building. Instead the apartment is in a old small building. The Rooms are quit nice. Clean and neat at the beginning. It easily got mess after few days as there was no cleaning. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable and making noise every time turning body. A lot of TV channels if you understand Italian. No Youtube which was surprised me as TV has no internet connection. You need to stay on the certain spot to have stable internet connection. Love coffee pot. Great place if stay for few days. I still give 5 stars as the location is so great! Highly recommended.
