Modern, comfortable hotel.
Modern, comfortable hotel in a good location away from 'historic Rome'. Large open plan reception with lots of sofas for relaxing, marred by constant music that becomes very loud in the evening. Not a good venue for a conversation. Good breakfast choice from the menu, not a buffet but worked well. Restaurant with terrace, nice for drinks but deterred from eating there because of the loud music. Perhaps aimed at a young clientele. Rooms of good quality, comfortable bed, plentiful supply of chilled water and good quality tea. Walk-in shower tended to overflow into the bathroom needing towels to mop up.

Bon hôtel
Bon hôtel mais un peu excentré ce qui lui donne aussi son calme relatif pour Rome car la rue est un peu bruyante malgré l’isolation phonique. A ce prix il manque quelques services en chambre : kit avec coton tige, coton, gel hydratant.

Mon nouveau pied-à-terre à Rome
Hotel flambant neuf. Chambre hyper cosy et bien pensée. Décor rétro chic, radio ambiance jazz à l’arrivée, superbe literie. Mais la force du concept Hoxton, c’est ce fabuleux espace à vivre autour des deux bars qui donne tellement envie de s’arrêter à tout moment de la journée. Le matin pour un cappuccino, l’après-midi pour un thé ou un verre en rentrant de promenade, et le soir autour du feu autour d’un fabuleux cocktail. Le rapport qualité-prix est exceptionnel et on se sent merveilleusement bien dans cet hôtel.

Oui, mais non....
En transit sur Rome, nous avons séjourné 1 nuit au Hoxton Rome. Habitué de ces hôtels ( Paris, Amsterdam, New York), nous avons retrouvé la relation agréable avec le personnel, le confort et design cosy du lieu, ... Par contre, nous n'avons pas retrouvé les prestations habituelles : un service déplorable en restauration (particulièrement) avec un personnel qui n'est a priori pas manager/superviser ou en tous cas désorganisé (oubli de commande, 4 serveurs dépassés avec seulement 5 tables). Ensuite, un système de gestion client et de réservation non opérationnelle (et coupure d'internet). Nous avons même dû repartir sans pouvoir faire / vérifier le checkout, en étant prélevé ultérieurement (une fois parti) avec l'empreinte de la carte de crédit. A suivre, car à ce jour (48h après), toujours pas de contact (malgré promesse de nous envoyer par mail notre proforma pour contrôler et valider notre prélèvement à venir). Etre donc vigilant pour les prochains séjours. Egalement à surveiller les travaux d'un immeuble à côté pouvant être nuisible.

We are really happy to read you managed to find also here in Rome the friendliness of the team and the Hoxton vibe, whilst we regret to learn that the issue we experienced with the internet blackout didn’t’ allow you to live a true “Hoxton” experience. You say that you are an Hox fan, having visited already others Hotels from our company, so you might know that we are used to cuddle our guests as much as we can and we are not happy when they don’t feel the same. Unfortunately, as we have mentioned to you during your stay, we have experienced a huge internet outage in all the area which affected the service we are used to offer. We can assure that all our team did their best to reduce the inconvenient caused by this situation and we will be more than happy to have you here again to make you live the real Hox vibes you are used to. The hotel is well designed with charming details as well as an abundance ot convenient additions - fast charging plugs, breakfast in a bag etc The only slight downside was location - there isn't much around and it's quite a walk from the centre but it wasn't a huge problem for me.

We have just returned from an amazing stay at the Hoxton. Room was beautiful, as well as ground floor dining/breakout area. All staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. While location isn’t right in the centre, we loved walking through the Borghese gardens every day and there is a bus 2 mins away which is a short trip to the tourist attractions and station. Would definitely return.

This hotel is a vibe and that’s why you should stay here. But the services aren’t amazing - my room didn’t get cleaned on one day and the food service is really really slow. For the name and price I expected a little more.

A nice hotel in a safe, not overly touristy neighborhood. Room and overall facilities of the hotel are clean and well kept. The bed in our room was comfortable, and we loved the music and television options in the room after a long day of sightseeing. I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location is nicely tucked away from all the hustle and bustle of touristy areas. Its a 5 min walk to villa borghese in nice residential area. I didn't mind taking an uber although you can walk to the spanish steps. The room is a good size and bathroom cute. The staff is nice(shout out to ahmed), food is good… its just a vibe. I would stay again!

Very nice stay. Staff was helpful and friendly, daily breakfast bag was convenient. The lobby was always busy with people working, so it was a little noisy and warm, but still a nice atmosphere. Great location for anyone who has been to Rome before and isn’t looking to stay in the city center. Enjoyed morning walks in the nearby parks.

Nice sized rooms for Europe. Comfy bed. Very clean. Slightly out of the way from city center, but short taxis or transit rides to get to main sights. Huge lobby bar area to work at and seemed to have lots of younger professionals.
