Très bon rapport qualité prix. Staff adorable à la réception et au restaurant. Chambre propre avec l’essentiel. Carte du restaurant en revanche assez limitée et qualité bof. Néanmoins bonne impression pour un Ibis.

Good hotel if you don't get smoking room!
Good enough hotel with typical IBIS Hotel rooms. However, they had only smoking rooms when I arrived (despite I asked for a non-smoking one) and the cigarettes smell was really not nice. I changed 3 times a room in order to find the less smoke-smelling one.. A pity as this made my night bad when everything else in the hotel is good. Let say that the personal was very very nice with me taking into account the situation.

Hotel agreable étant situé dans le centre de Riyadh (important lorsque vous ne voulez pas être dans les bouchons toute la journée). Hôtel complet pour personne restant sur Riyadh pour un séjour d'une semaine.

Maybe the best breakfast in Ibis group
Very good service, the location is great, the breakfast just perfect for IBIS brand and the Internet is included. I stayed there one week and will go back to this hotel during my next trip.

This hotel is clean with comfortable beds. Staff were helpful. Location is good. Only downside is there is construction going on next door, often late into the night. However, not sure there's much the hotel can do about that.

Overall it was OK. So much noise due to some civil work taking place near the facility. I needed to tell the reception every time I needed housekeeping. I also forgot to take an invoice for my stay and I have been trying to contact them for the last couple of days on their email and landlines without luck

This is an ideally located hotel to explore Riyadh. Although it’s a little dated, it is very clean with some of the most amazing staff! OKIEL from Housekeeping was exemplary and helped make my stay even better at the hotel with his kind and thoughtful manner - OKIEL is a truly outstanding staff member of this hotel! On Reception was the wonderful RABAB whose dedication to her role goes above and beyond anything expected (thank you) together with her amazing colleague SULIMAN who is on hand with the biggest smile and friendliest personality to make sure all guests are happy and supported. Overall, a perfect hotel with the best staff!
