hôtel propre et neul parfait pour un séjour travai
le séjour s'est très bien passé, merci à l'hotel pour le petit plus avec l'accès au 26 etage au business lounge qui permet un espace agréable pour travailler avec des raffraichissements offerts le bémol concerne le fitness pour les femmes , sans accès à la piscine, ni au spa ! un comble !

Excellent amenities and service : nonstop cleaning from the staff in the common areas : Exquisite hotel with service that’s second to none. Perfect location yet very quiet in the rooms. I was happy to have the universal outlets throughout the hotel. The internet was fast and included. This hotel is perfect for Business travels as well as vacation.

Upon arrival reception staff were unable to find my booking. Causing a delay of about 30 minutes. Also I was informed by reception staff that my two children are considered ADULTS and not eligible for breakfast “ our policy is that kids are up to 12 years old, above that they are considered adults”. Never staying here again

The breakfast was pretty bad even though there was a big buffer. The juice and smoothie were watery and coffee tastes bad. I asked about cancellations and emailed to the hotel management but I never got response.
