Excellent location By the mountain , beautiful city. Rooms were so clean , employees were so nice, And helpful. Beds were comportable and pillows were nice big and fluffy. Sheets and bedspread soft and clean . Air conditioner worked and didn’t keep Us awake all Night like most places. Nice shower head, plenty of hot water. Towels were thin and a little rough. But everything else was awesome. Love the dove soap dispensers they smell good , and leave your skin and hair feeling soft convenient , no wrappers to worry about.

It is close to the freeway, ask for a room in the front of the building. Also, you might want to stay on the 3rd floor. Breakfast was great!

Average… I paid for the most expensive hotel in town hoping to get the best experience, was disappointed. The sheets on the bed were worn and rough. Towels were also very rough. Breakfast was undercooked and not really edible. Overall it wasn’t a bad stay, hotel was clean and staff was friendly, just was expecting above average for the price. I stayed at a Best Western the night before, it was half the price, and a well above average stay.

Clean rooms, linens, and breakfast was above the usual breakfast items. Care has been taken to make sure items are individually packaged, the counters are clean and that the food selection is varied: Chobani yogurt, real pork sausages, a pancake making machine, bagels/toast, coffee, fruit juices and apples/ bananas.

This was truly one of the nicest Holiday Inn Express properties at which I have ever stayed! My husband and I were traveling from the Denver area to Palm Springs and simply needed a nice, clean hotel to stay at after our first day of driving. However, this hotel really exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff person who checked us in was exceptionally pleasant and professional (Korrina) and everything about this hotel was just above and beyond. The room was a little larger, depth-wise, than most hotel rooms, the beds were super comfy and the linens were also really nice, very clean and soft. The full-service breakfast, which was included, was very good. The breakfast area was well-maintained and the food service was also excellent, well-stocked, clean, hot food, etc. Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Richfield was an unexpected pleasure and treat. It really was a nice treat after our long drive that day. Way to go, HIE ~ Richfield!
