Heating unit was making lots of noise. There were kids running around in stairs and hallway for hours and still continued even after my 3rd call to the front desk. Gym also has poor equipment and treadmill was out of order. I usually try to travel to Sandman signature hotels that have better amenities. Will know for the next time.

The queen beds…were NOT queen beds at all, they were at best double beds!!! Such an uncomfortable sleep for two adults!! Fan in bathroom did not work and tub was clogging up and then the bathroom sink pooled till the water stopped and released in one glug. Air conditioner worked but seemed to only get really cold then only kick in when it got really hot again, no constant temp. It was an over all average stay… The beds were the worst…

It overall felt grimy and didn’t seem clean. I wiped down our bathroom and places that we’d touch. The gym didn’t have a water cooler. The first night was so loud above us and room was gross. I asked to switch rooms which she so nicely did at least. Staff was nice. No where but bathroom sink to get water. Pool is small and kids were disappointed in how lame it was. We were there 3 night and housekeepers didn’t check on us to see if our room needed cleaning. We got new towels from the pool area and out garbages were overflowing.

We are undergoing a complete renovation, which we are very much looking forward to since it will take care of a lot of issues. Having a water cooler in the gym is a great idea and is something we are hoping to get soon.For housekeeping, they clean rooms that have requested to have them cleaned by putting out the door knocker, which I apologize if that wasn't properly explained upon your check in. I hope that your past experience doesn't stop you from coming to stay with us again.We hope to see you again!

We paid for a king, sofabed, suite. what we got was a king bed with an air mattress on the floor. Shower only, dirty kitchen, fridge didn't work, lights flickered always, tv didn't work, heat temp did not work, no screen in 3rd story opening window. No bathroom in fitness or pool. Doors to the pool all locks broken, could not use the stairs as all locks would not unlock.

This was by far the worst stay I have ever had at a hotel. My room was dirty - bathroom was disgusting, sheets were dirty. Dark in the bathroom. Wifi never worked. Air conditioning was turned off and then the fire alarm went off

If kids are allowed to play hockey in the hallways and the guests are disrupted. Staff didn't seem to be able to understand the needs of the patrons staying Friday night.I will not be back to this location again, 3rd time that the hotel couldn't handle some of the younger patrons. I have stayed in hotels where its posted in hallways NO RUNNING!

The room was disgustingly dirty. The couch was covered in dirt and hair. Headboard was even dirty. I know the hotel is showing it’s age but I stay in a lot of hotels and some older but always clean.
