Resort sympathique avec bon rapport qualité/prix
Hôtel vraiment sympathique, bien entretenu avec barbecue à disposition, jacuzzi à l'extérieur et piscine avec vue sur le port (comme toutes les chambres). Et tout cela pour un prix tout à fait convenable par rapport aux prestations que nous avons pu avoir dans d'autres motel pour ce prix. Bref rien à redire nous y avons passé une très bonne nuit!

Our room was very nice. Close to the ferry. Perfect for a couple travelling and needing to relax. Pool, added to the view. Love the Alex Whitcombe Driftwood Art. Fun experience thank you. Affordable too.

First time here. Had an excellent suite, with a great view of the cove. Hidden gem - the parking lot at the back is surrounded by stunning driftwood sculptures! Only real complaint is that there never seemed to be anyone in the office. You always had to phone and leave a message.

Lovely view over Quathiaski Cove
All very clean. As you can see from the picture a lovely view looking over Quathiaski Cove and the ferry terminal. On Saturday evening, we saw two cruise ships heading south to Vancouver with their arrival scheduled for 7:00 a.m. Sunday morning. This is our third time that we've stayed here. A slight downside - no air conditioning - but a fan was available.

We had a view of the ferry loading, and the islands beyond. Stunning sunsets, and always something interesting going on outside the big window. Bed was comfortable, the shower was wonderful, loved the little Keurig coffeemaker.

We came in late and left early so we didn’t have any contact with the staff but the room was clean, well appointed and the bed was comfy.. but the cable didn’t work on the tv. It was a smart tv so we watched YouTube instead, no big deal. All in all a great place.

Superb place - my children think it should be called the Royal Hotel as it is fit for royalty. We were surprised how great the renovated rooms were - one of the best hotels we have stayed in for years.

Right from the start, great help from the woman who called to confirm, as i was delayed. Only problem, I saw one sign with the name, another with the former name, took a while to figure out where to go with little signage. Room and pool were awesome, will come back. Thanks!

I was really impressed with the room. Very clean, lovely view of the harbour and did I say it was large? Separate bedroom with a door, kitchenette with fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker with pods. The bathroom was better than the one I have at home. Walk-in shower with glass doors, slow drop toilet seat and a lovely vanity filled with towels, hair dryer, shampoos and soaps. It was so close to the ferry that I missed it the first time. I wish I had brought my bathing suit, because they had a lovely pool with chaise chairs around it. I can't rate this place highly enough. If I ever returned here, I would definitely stay here.

When I booked months in advance I requested two beds. We got one bed, the room was noisy due to cars and children playing right outside the window and the room smelled like old smokey carpet with air freshner. Will not return nor recommend.

It's by the ferry, which is so convenient! The staff is super friendly and the rooms are clean and organized. The kitchenette made a lot difference! Great idea!

A nice resort with great views over the harbour. Very comfortable and thoughtful touches. We came in the off season, so appreciated the kitchenette set up, as many restaurants are closed this time of year. The washroom could have used a couple more towel hooks, but otherwise a great stay, and lovely hosts. Would stay again for sure.

Probably nicer in high season.
The hotel is on a small island and we were off season but we had to wait for the host to show up to let us in and the room hadn’t had heat on for a while we expected as it was cold and never really warmed up.

We had a really nice time staying at Whiskey Creek. The staff was friendly, and the room was very big and clean. Recommend they get a few ironing boards for guests, but other than that, our stay was very pleasant.

Rooms were clean, only saw one person at check in - I believe she also did all the cleaning etc. The room had a nice view of the cove and bc ferries traffic. Now the downside, hot tub wasn’t open - the sign said for maintenance but in looking at the cover didn’t look like it had been available for some time, no television channels except a few that were horrid…couldn’t even get TSN or NBC or anything - no cable. For the price it was not great

Hello Noreen, Thank you for your time writing the review, we are hiring but as of now no one seems interested in working. the hot tub is very old and has too much maintenance to work, will close it this time until we have a chance to replace everything new. sorry, the channel on the island is not the same as on the mainland, so I decide not to have cable tv, but next year we will since Telus is working on it right now to make it better. I hope you can visit Quadra Island again. thank you,

Nice view, efficient kitchenette. We would have starved without the kitchenette as there are very few restaurants or cafes on the island and the two days we were there none of the restaurants were open for dinner. Loved the heated pool.

Location is right off the ferry and convenient for sightseeing the rest of Quadra Island. Recently renovated and spotlessly clean. Great pool and lawn area for relaxing after a day hiking the island.
