too much expensive for the all-included. we had to use Uber to go to supermarket and get food to eat. the beach is far from the Hotels zone and the sea water is not clear and you can't see where you are stepping when you walk

grand , beau , propre , mais manque de charme
grand ( trop ) , sur la plage , dans une zone hôtelière , très sécurisé ( même les transporteurs doivent donner votre nom et numéro de chambre pour entrer sur le parking , et pas dans le hall ) , un peu usine à cash , un des restaurants (le Zama ) a même des tables réservées aux gens qui prennent une bouteille de vin , sinon , pas de table ! personnel très aimable , mais on a pas tant apprécié ce grand complexe .

Hotel isolé avec nécessité de taxi pour aller ou que ce soit (25€ pour aller en ville). Bel établissement mais plage limitée et sargasses empêchant la baignade. Point le plus négatif et rédhibitoire pour un second séjour: la qualité de la nourriture servie, tant au petit dej que dans les restaus. A éviter.

Le chemin pour y arriver n'était pas optimale, pas très bien allumé ni asphalté, on a même dommagé une rue de la voiture en arrivant. L'hôtel a l'air très vieux. Personnel pas très attentif, wifi payant. On voulait faire check out un peu plus tard car on est arrivé a 2h du matin le jour d'avant mais on a été refusés (Même si on voulait le payer) - Ce qui est rare dans un hôtel si il n'est pas complet.

Superbe hôtel tranquille
Nous sommes allés à Villa Del Palmar en février et nous avons été gâtés. Personnel gentil et accommodant, chambre magnifique, piscines et jacuzzis très propres comme le reste des installations. Points négatifs : internet 10$/Jour/appareil, plage non baignable (roches et algues), nourriture plutôt médiocre sauf pour le buffet. Prendre en tout inclus car les soupers coûtent en moyenne 150$ US pour deux personnes. Kids club et activités gratuites.

Really a great location. Would recommend for either families or couples. Super friendly staff, very clean property, housekeeping goes above and beyond. Front desk staff always smiling ready to help. Food delivery by the pool and beach really nice - not just fast food, had nice salads as well. Also got a massage the spa which was A . Always found a shady spot by the pool which is great, not the case in other resorts. This may not be the same if you go during high season. I wish the beach did not have all those sea weeds, but this is not the fault of the hotel. The cleaning crews do their best to remove it. Great hotel!!

Several things damaged or not working in the room. Maintenance had to come to our room on five separate occasions over a period of 3-4 days. A waiter from one of the restaurants asked my friend for a cash tip ($50 cash was given) when a tip was already included in the bill. Not only that but the same waiter followed me to the pool from the restaurant asking for an additional tip. I complained to the front desk but they could not care less. To top it off the hotel grounds are like a cemetery after sun down. No activities, nothing to do. I could say more but why bother. Will never go there again as will discourage friends and family from going there.

Had a great stay here, and the staff is amazing. The resort property is beautifully maintained, from the perfectly cut grass, to the pristine pools. The staff was extremely friendly and constantly on the move keeping the resort clean and comfortable. When booking on Expedia, double check that you’re not just booking a room. Found out a week before our trip that we didn’t book the “All Inclusive” but we were able to purchase the package thankfully.

Amazing stay with my family of 5. Property was beautiful and room was perfect for us. Came with a kitchenette, washer/dryer, tv in each room, balcony in each room, bathroom in each room…we loved it. Everything is easily working walking distance and easy to find. We didn’t need much from resort staff, but whoever we had a question they were very helpful

The hotel was beautiful. I was dissapointed that we had to wait for close to 7 hours to get into our room after arriving. I spoke to staff on the phone who assured me that we would not have a wait.

Loved Everything about this Hotel ! From the first day to the very last ! We stayed 5 days during spring break with our kids everyone was so attentive , our housekeeping was just great it was freshened up everyday, they even folded our Laundry which we didn’t expect, the pool was great hot tubs , breakfast ,the spa ! They had valet parking for us as well ! Check in check out was super fast and easy ! One of the best places we’ve stayed at !

This resort offers wonderful dining options, generally friendly staff, lovely pools, and comfortable rooms. It was worth the money spent for a lovely week. Some opportunities include efficiency of the front desk and improvements to the tipping system. For the latter, they ask you to sign after each drink, each meal, in order to encourage additional tipping. Would have much rathered tip cash and be able to leave without waiting for a cheque.

Es una propiedad bonita, con excelentes vistas desde las habitaciones. A mi, en lo personal no me fue bien con los cobros, ya que después de una semana de estadía me dijeron que no me habían cobrado y que tenía que pagar, yo había pensado que Exoedia me había cobrado, les pedí que me comprobaran que no habían recibido el cobro y no hubo forma, no quisieron comunicarme con ni Gina autoridad dentro del hotel que supiera del asunto, solo con un muchacho que me dijo que de cualquier forma me iban a cobrar. En fin…habría que mejorar algunos aspectos en el cobro.

No es una propiedad nueva, hace falta renovar. Muy lejos de la zona hotelera y de centros comerciales. Cobran impuestos por medio ambiente. Cobran propinas forzosas en los recibos de bebidas y comidas, y además los meseros requieren una propina extra en efectivo para ellos. Las vistas desde las habitaciones son bonitas. El personal amable, pero se crean conflictos al tratar eso de las propinas y los impuestos y cobros escondidos.

Rooms are gorgeous, loved the kitchen in the single bedroom King Suite. Pools are gorgeous. Only downfall was the music was too loud for our liking in the afternoons by the pool. Loved the quieter evenings in the pool though.
